Oakland has fine products but not good delivery time
Oakland has fine products, but the delivery time is horrible. Even if it is on storage, delivery time is not possible to get from the company, so you should be certain to ask before you order something. I suspect that the guys on the storage has taken vacation this time of year and the company disclosure it as "to much to do". Called them couple of times to get information when to expect delivery, and was not possible to get. At least they should give a warning before you place the order that it has long waiting time due to vacation/problems.

I'm sorry for your shopping experience. Yes, we are having some transport problems that we are working on solving the best way we can. Our customerservice is also suffering because of this problem, that is why it is difficult to get any answers there as well.
Don’t expect to get your order this decade
Oakland have products, the products look nice, sometimes the products are on sale. However, unfortunately Oakland don’t seem to like sending the products. They may forget that it has been ordered, forget to send the product, deliver the wrong product or deliver damaged products. Without a doubt the most shambolic, disorganized, incompetent furniture company I have ever seen.

I am sorry you've had this shopping experience at our store. We are experiencing some troubles with transport and are working on solving the problems we've had with some orders not showing up correctly and therefore not getting picked up for transport.
