I did National and International shipping myself for years, small packages. No way I could have made it better. Nothing short of Impressive. Great place to buy. The package looked unassuming, which was perfect, Fedex Priority Overnight (I did not ask for). Everything was very carefully packed. With such packaging, I would have received in perfect condition fertilized eggs to incubate them. Never seen anything like that with any supplier ever. Thank you

I opened a second account recently because I didn't remember I had a account with kitco 19years ago and I tried purchasing some metal and they froze my account and when they called me and started asking questions about a old account I didn't have the right details about transactions 19years ago so after several phone calls they still have my account locked down and instead of sending the metal I bought I've got to wait for them to send my money back in how ever long it takes. I might not ever try buying from these guys again. Update they called back and they are sending funds back to my account so I can wire the funds to make my purchase how stupid is that now I'll have to pay wire fees to get my purchase. And guess what that wire will be from the exact same account that they verified with 2 small deposits and they had my debit card info on. How stupid I think. Update 5/30/25 representative reached out and they put 25.00 in my account to cover the wire fees I was out sending a bank wire back to them so someone is trying to make things right and I do appreciate that thank you. Update 6-5-25 after sending bank wire my product was shipped and I did receive great products but it looks like my account is still suspended and I just cannot justify sending bank wires for smaller transactions the math just doesn't work out so looks like I'm staying with my local guys. I'm adding a star because they did honor the price it was locked in at and they did ship the product in a quick manner thanks.

Great Experience Buying American Eagles!

Super easy placing order with Kitco representative, bank wire instructions worked perfectly with my local bank, coin delivery arrived within two days packaged as securely as possible. And the coins were both stunning and totally protected. I will do more business with Kitco in the future, and I will also recommend them to anyone else interested in precious metals.
