Garbage retailer. If you have any problems with your merchandise, good luck obtaining any resolution. Horrible service. I would utilize another entity.

Ordered two items June 7, 2026. One was marked Fulfilled the next day with a Canpar tracking number attached. The Canpar record shows the parcel didn't actually enter the courier network until June 16, and only on the day I emailed asking why nothing had moved. The reply that day mentioned contacting the supplier about a delay, with no mention that the package hadn't shipped at all. The second item took sixteen days to ship.

The package arrived with the outer box damaged, both seals broken, and contents loose inside. The rangefinder appeared used to me. I sent three photos the day it arrived, as requested.

On July 6 support offered me an store credit equal to the shipping fee. On July 13 the same agent told me that based on the photos I provided, the damage was limited to the outer boxes. They had my photos the entire time.

Over two months I was offered a $15 code, then shipping cost credit, then a $20 code. Never a refund. I asked twice where I could leave a public review. First time, no answer. Second time, an offer to pass my feedback along internally instead.

The customer service here is awful. I’ve been a longtime customer of justgolfstuff.ca but I think I’ve officially made my last purchase from them. I purchased a pair of golf shoes from them 2 months ago and when my order arrived I noticed that there was a 5 pack of golf gloves included with my shipment. I assumed this was some sort of a promotion or something. I was incorrect. These gloves were mistakenly added to my order and I was charged for them. When I contacted justgolfstuff.ca regarding this, they advised that I could return them and they would issue a refund minus the cost of shipping once the item was received. I thought this was insane that they were going to change me return shipping for something I never ordered and was a mistake on their part. I explained this situation to THE SAME customer service rep no less than 3 times and we just kept going in circles to no avail. They wouldn’t admit this was there error and couldn’t seem to understand how this could happen even after I explained to them that I am a 6’2”, 220lb left handed golfer (wearing a glove on my right hand) and couldn’t seem to wrap their heads around how it wasn’t plausible that I never ordered a 5 pack of size small left handed gloves and outright refused to comp the return shipping. Anyways, I finally just gave up and ate the cost of the return shipping because they weren’t going to budge. It disappointing that something that could have easily been dealt with was handled so poorly.

I wanted to exchange something sent it back have been waiting over 2 weeks they have simply stopped replying to my emails at this point no follow up or anything. This is ridiculous

I purchased two items, balls and a new driver. After multiple follow ups and three weeks of waiting the support got back to me that they did not have the driver and would issue a refund. Initially they issued an incorrect (short refund), and then when I followed up asking if there were any alternative drivers they recommended they just gave me a generic "your refund has been issued" message multiple times. Poor service overall, although the balls shipped in a resonable time and arrived.

I would not suggest buying anything from this company. I purchased two very expensive items and they only sent one. They gave me the run around about it, when it was their error. They don’t have a phone # you can call. Customer service is terrible and the owner will not communicate. I had to fight to get the second item and finally got it after a month after I threatened them. Beware!

I've ordered over $2,000 item without considering financial situation and asked refund as soon as delivery got in. It took long time to get refund but I really appreciate it and apologize for my mistake. Thank you so much support department especially Rachel.

Placed a $150 order on this website. After 8 days of asking when my order would be shipped out I received the same response of “Pick up is scheduled for the next day”. They refused to cancel my order and provide any actual reasoning to why there is a delay. STAY AWAY.

I visited the site to check pricing on golf shoes and since that visit my tablet is being bombarded with invasive advertisements for this site. Best to avoid

They set me up with an interview just to turn me away right away because I’m a minor wasted my time going over there, if they weren’t going to hire a minor why set up the interview.
