I needed something simple for work so I went for a pair of new balance trainers in a neutral colour. They look really good with chinos and are much easier on my feet than the smarter shoes I normally wear. The pair arrived in the proper branded box and everything looked authentic to me. Very pleased with the quality.

I wanted something I could wear with jeans without thinking too much about the rest of the outfit. The pair I chose has become one of those easy options I keep reaching for.

I normally take a size 6. However 6 in boots I ordered were nipping my feet. I was able to get a pair in a bigger size by just paying the shipping fee and they let me keep the original pair which I will gift or donate. Was very happy with this outcome.

The fit felt comfortable from the first wear, which was a pleasant surprise. I spent most of the afternoon walking around shops and never felt like I needed to change shoes.

Delivery took around a week for me and the updates were clear along the way. Nothing complicated, which is exactly what I wanted.

I left it quite late to order my birkenstock arizona sandals before going away and was convinced I’d have to buy another pair locally. They were dispatched quickly and the tracking kept updating until they arrived. The sandals came in good condition and looked like genuine birkenstocks from the details and finish. I wore them almost every day of the trip and was really pleased with them.

The packaging wasn't fancy, but everything was protected properly. More importantly, the pair arrived clean, without marks or loose stitching.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This company list themselves as being based in Amsterdam but the goods are coming from China and will takes 4 weeks despite then advertising Royal Mail delivery . I'm sure these will fake Birkenstocks when they arrive and I realised this and tried to cancel the order even though tracking shows it's not been handed the carrier and they won't cancel. AVOID AVOUD AVOID.

Should have read the reviews here before ordering ‘Birkenstocks’ as they are clearly fakes.

Took two weeks to get to me, contacted them immediately to let them know that they had sent to wrong size and that I thought they were fakes. At this point I requested a refund and was offered a

15% discount offered by ‘Muriel’
20% discount offered by ‘Muriel’

Have requested that they cover postage costs as they sent wrong size and reiterated I thought they were fakes.

Now I have to pay for postage to return them. Incidentally the packages had a postage address in Feltham but they want me to return to Holland.

If you like banging your head against a brick wall, then this is the company for you.

Lesson learned! And Icons Footwear reported to Trading Standards

Great footwear, even better prices and would have been 5 stars but they just took so long to get to me!

The parcel box had a small dent when it arrived, but everything inside was completely fine. The shoes themselves looked fresh and were packed properly.

I checked the stitching, labels and box when they arrived and everything looked genuine and well made. I’ve already worn them several times because they’re comfortable enough for a full day.

They were comfortable straight out of the box which was the main thing for me. Delivery came within the timeframe shown when I ordered.

do not buy from this company complete time wasters that take forever to ship 3 weeks. Same old generic responses when you try contact never buy from this scam company

I got a pair of birkenstock boston clogs in taupe and wore them for most of the day on the first weekend. They felt comfortable much quicker than I expected and never felt heavy after a lot of walking. The suede, buckles and footbed all looked genuine and properly finished. Really happy with them and I can see myself wearing these all the time.

Shipping updates were consistent from dispatch to delivery. The parcel arrived in good shape and there was no chasing support for information.

The safety runners I ordered were fantastic very light and when you are on your feet all day these shoes are so comfortable they are simply the best safety shoes I have ordered absolutely fantastic I would 100% recommend these shoes
