They have the worst shipping ever known to man, the history on it was mind boggling and I WOULD NEVER purchase another thing from this company VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

If I could my review would be -20 - total fraud for an external drive - how do these people get away with these scams?

I ordered two sets of non-invasive blood sugar monitor which also included a blood oxygen monitors and was surprised to have received 2 blood oxygen monitors 2 standard finger-prick blood glucose monitor. I immediately emailed the company to inform them that it was not what I ordered and they offered to refund 15% and for me to keep the products. I have no need and pushed back and they increaded the refund to 20% and I refused that as well. I asked for a full refund which was denied.

This company sells fake/counterfeit goods. Then when you try to contact them for a refund they state international shipping charges are too expensive and start trying to negotiate a low percentage refund starting at 20%. I have exchanged 40 emails with them in 6 weeks and I am still without a refund. Do not buy anything from this website.

Combining both monitors into one set is a big plus for me. It keeps things organized and easy to manage. Overall, It's been a very dependable tool for everyday use.
