Legit site and products delivered as described. Good communication, however, they will mark your order as shipped but it takes an extra few days for them to actually send the package. Had to follow up on the last delivery but once the products were shipped, delivery was quick.

Worst Vapes EVER…
I purchased two 2g disposable vapes I’m almost 70 years old. I’ve been using vapes since they were legal in 2017 in all these years I have only had two cartridges clogged up on me the other day I purchased as I said these 2 cartridges , both of which clogged and one is literally leaking in the upright position. My dispensary gave me a number for the Just Vape Rep , It says it’s a bad number so I can’t find a rep to see if they would do anything about this. I’m of the opinion that Just Vape, Just Flower , the whole company should be ashamed of themselves for these substandard products

I originally left a 1-star review after I was unfortunately scammed by a fake website impersonating Just Vapes. I had placed a $387 order, only to discover I’d ordered from a scam site pretending to be this business.
The team at the real Just Vapes reached out to me after seeing my review, and I honestly can’t thank them enough. Even though they weren’t responsible for what happened, they went above and beyond to help make things right. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine care for a complete stranger has completely restored my faith in good customer service.
Please be extra careful when ordering online, as there are fake websites impersonating this business. Always double-check that you’re on the genuine Just Vapes website before placing an order. The scammers I dealt with used the names “Scott Bryan” and “Alexander Nelson”, although they may use different names in the future, so it’s worth staying vigilant.
To the team at Just Vapes—thank you so much for your generosity and compassion. You absolutely didn’t have to help me, but you chose to anyway, and I’ll never forget it. You’ve earned a loyal customer, and I won’t hesitate to recommend you to others.

Great service and NOT A SCAM
I’ve left a review before and I want to leave another one because I’ve ordered from these guys over 6 times now and I have never had an issue with my order and they are definitely not a scam!! The one issue I did have which was the vapes tasting burnt, they sent me out new vapes a few days later and replaced them with no hassle. They always reply to my emails and address any questions I have and I always receive what I have paid for, and delivery has always been quick. When I can’t find their website because it’s been shutdown, I send them an email and they provide me with a new website I can use, and again, I’ve never had an issue! I was reading these reviews when I couldn’t find their new website and was shocked to see how many people were saying they are a scam. People need to be more cautious before ordering on a scam website because it’s out of these guys control. Just send these guys an email before making an order (their email is visible on this site) & confirm what website they own and where to order from and you’ll be sweet. These guys always send out email confirmations and never ask you to contact them for payment so keep that in mind!
I have recommended them to many people and I will continue to order from them and recommend them because they have great service and these reviews don’t reflect their business at all

I had a 0 star review as i was scammed by a copycat. Spent over 900 bucks on the 17th of june 2026 and Had no communication at all and no order. However the legit site have informed me of the correct site and i have been told they have shut down the fakes. I have bought from these guys many times before and they are great, quick deliveryand always supply the goods and email confirmation of order, with fantastic communication. The scam mob went through watsapp which i thought odd and my dumbarse self paid the coin. Lost alot of money and not sure ill get it back. Most of the legit sites are free shipping over 99bucks the scammers are free shipping over 200 i noticed. Very happy with the legit sites., just be wary of the copycats.

Placed order with what I thought was a legitimate business. Ended up being with an imposter
Upon doing a lot of research I have found that this review site is attached to 2 different businesses and others like me have been scammed by just-vapesau.com impersonating justvapesau.com
Their page seems to not work sometimes. The correct business which is THIS ONE has been helpful in trying to figure out the issue of my order which is obviously non existent.
Be vigilant on what page you are on before ordering. The correct page will not ask you to contact them for payment info. They send it to you via email.

I only order from Just vapes, when I can find a page that hasn’t closed down. unfortunately the last two times I ordered I got the Kuz pearl I got 5 all together and they all leaked besides one of them- My brother and I were so confused because normally they are fine and don’t leak. They were gone within a week! I also love the vape hubs however again with my last orders 2 out of 3 them tasted burnt from the very start. Super annoying I don’t know what has gone on. I have tried contacting multiple times and I have heard anything back at all. I would so overall I’ve spent 3 orders around $184 each order. Only 3/8 vapes we got worked and the other 5 were faulty!. Delivery normally is fast however last time it took almost a week. Went to make an order as they leaked and now can’t find the site.

Made a purchase and paid immediately. But from that moment on I heard nothing. No confirmation email about my purchase, no email to say it was being processed. I tried for a week to contact them through customer support on their website but I never get a reply. I sent 2 emails and both of those also did not get replies.
