Used this and their other site twice now and I’ll definitely only be getting from them only from now. My package was unfortunately lost and the team was extremely understanding. Couldn’t recommend them more😊😊 very fast delivery times too

Great company, fast and reliable
This is a great company and they provide excellent transparent and quick service.
I’ve had to try a new brand as unfortunately my usual wasn’t available, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it.
Great communication and I can vouch for this seller as very trustworthy, honest and treats his customers (through my own experience) with respect and very quick postage.
I have used Oz Vapes a few times and feel very safe, as I know there are others out there that are not as obliging or honest as this one.

Absolute legends
Absolute legends I was being fussy with the order because it took them awhile to put it in post but guessing how much orders you guys must get it was done in a timely manner and before the weekends
I’ll write another review on “just vapes”because I understand you guys are partnered or running under different domains to avoid site blockage but anyways you got a loyal customer from now on!!

I've ordered several times from this site and have always received exactly what I paid for. It is always a concern when payment is made via direct deposit that you may be scammed however this company has repeatedly delivered in a timely manner. The only communication I've had is sending them proof of payment however I've always received a response saying thanks so I'm relatively confident they'd respond in the event of an issue.

The postage is really good except on…
The postage is really good except on public holidays but I have nothing bad to say about this company as they are really quick to respond and communicate what is happening whilst you're order is in route. I have had pleasant experiences with them and I will continue to order from them. The products are good quality and work as described in the information, their website is easy to navigate and order from.

Quick and reliable
Ordered a few times. Vapes are always good quality. Comes quick with no fuss. My only complaint is the fluctuating stock. Recently there was only one brand in stock. So there was not much choice.

Really sorry about the delay with your order. We sent it the next day via AusPost Express, but I’ve just checked the tracking and it shows it’s been stuck in East QLD since 6 Feb.
We’ll give our AusPost account manager a call to chase it up. In the meantime, we’ve processed a full refund so you’re not out of pocket.
Once it’s with AusPost there’s not a whole lot we can control, but we’re more than happy to send you another one to make up for the hassle.
