Did a little autumn project using Joint-It Simple Dark Grey. The product was so simple to use and looks great between my black limestone paving slabs.
Needed to contact the Joint-It team, and the after-sales support I received was fantastic. Will definitely be looking at using Joint-It products for upkeep of my slabs

I recently had a large patio area done with Joint It Dynamic. It's a lovely sandstone patio and my contractor recommended Joint it. I'm so glad that he did, as both the product and their service were fantastic. We used their Biff colour and the finish is really appealing and also seems very durable. The contractor realised he was running out of product on Friday afternoon so I contacted Joint it and they organised a delivery late on Friday evening which meant my contractor could finish on Saturday morning. The service was second to none and we're really happy with the product.

Great prodcuts that do exactly what they are supposed to. The vidoes are informative, Gary even took the time to call me and offer advice after I emailed over a query.

Great company and product - I used their joint-it simple grout for my limestone patio 100m2 which was originally not laid the best. The grout went in really easily and gave a top finish.

However, I actually ran out of the grout after 3 big buckets with a couple of square meters of area left to grout. Contacted the company to see if they had a smaller tub for sale to avoid cost and waste, and they sorted me out for what I needed so delighted with the result and great customer service!

Would recommend their products and the service behind them.

After laying 120 sq metres of sandstone paving in 2019, I made the mistake of using another brand of resin paving jointing material that was supposed to set hard, despite following instructions it did not stay set it turned to sand, started to come out and weeds started to grow.
I had to spend hours removing all this material.
I then used Joint-it Simple. Followed instructions and Joint-it set, remained set and in place. I did use a thin piece of wood to push it into some of the narrower joints.
I managed to store a part used tube for just over 2 months in the tub under water until I was ready to used it. Excellent material does exactly as advertised and what is stated in the instructions.

Amazing company with great values. Highly recommended, the product itself is remarkable but the people who work there is incredibly supportive and goes above and beyond to help the customers.

This product is outstanding, I followed the application procedure to the letter and I am absolutely delighted with the results.
Gary provided the technical detail and I followed the step by step instructions which have resulted in a first class transformation for the original epoxy grout.
Both family and friends have made great comments on the results.
I cannot recommend this company and this product enough.

Can’t say enough good words about the company, the advice on their products is second to none with Gary their rep even coaching me through the application of the dynamic range . I used the joint it simple in the end and as it says on the tub it was simple to use , great product, looks great and the coverage from a tub was fantastic at over 20m2 using 60cm porcelain slab.

Gary, the Technical Director, was very helpful in advising how my contractor could improve the finish of the grout. Good to chat to someone so experienced and enthusiastic.

Joint it Dynamic grey, as a DIYer i found the dynamic product very good and easy to install. Once i had sealed the tobermore historic with joint it premium seal the joint it dynamic was a breeze to brush in. It has cured very hard and is on a non permeable base. Gary was very helpful in product advice and on how to use it. Thanks again.

We used joint it simple product on our new patio 2 years ago. 2 years later, it’s still as good as new. No weeds and resistant to power washing. Highly recommend

Great product and a great company. I've been using Joint-It products professionally for over a year now. I've used other products, but they're not as good. I've re-pointed numerous patio's and find Joint-It very easy to use and importantly (for me) quick. It sets well and if done correctly (compacted well), will last for a long time.

I did require guidance for a crazy paving driveway, would 'Simple' be sufficient, Gary from the company called me and took me through the job and the best product to use and why. I couldn't have asked for more.

We had a problem with the grouting in our patio so I ask the landscaper who does a lot of work in our garden. He suggested we use joint-it as he had used it before and said it was really good.
He spent the day taking out our old cement type grouting and came back the next day with the the joint-it product. We were more than impressed with the result and it has now been in for about 18months. I have cleaned the patio a couple of times with power washer and it has remained perfect.

Have used Joint It Dynamic Buff on 2 new patios and a path down the side of our house - patios were Indian Sandstone framed with granite cobbles. After a day or so, the sandstone developed unsightly patches that appeared to have a wet look - so I contacted Joint It directly. I received a call from Gary Duffy within a couple of hours and he explained that this would naturally disappear within 6 weeks or so. I am absolutely delighted with the resin sand product and do believe it is “best on market” - am also extremely impressed with Gary’s knowledge, professionalism and courtesy.

Wow....that is what you call customer service. Many businesses would learn alot from Joint it. Gary was excellent, explained everything in depth and answered all of my questions. Extremely helpful and the products are superb. Thanks again Gary. Regards Mark

I can't praise the customer service I received from Gary at Join-It highly enough. I recently had a new patio put down in my garden and was unhappy with the finished look of the Joint-It pointing. To me it looked bumpy, uneven, full of cracks and holes and in places just brushed out of the gaps between the slabs. I was told by the contractor that there was nothing that could be done and that basically, that it was it should look like. Having seen photo's of Joint-It on Instagram, I decided to contact the company directly and ask them for advice and any photo's I could share with my contractors of what it "should" look like. Gary rang me back a couple of times, told me exactly what I should say to the contractors, sent me photo's and further instructions for the contractors and even sent links to tools that they could use to remove the badly used Joint-It. I am sure that without Gary's help I would still be in a battle with the contractors. Absolutely, outstanding customer services and now that the Joint-It has been put in correctly it looks great! Thank you so much Gary.

Having had major landscaping work undertaken in my garden over a number of months and due to the severity of weather conditions ranging from very low temperatures or constant heavy rainfall, sections when completed were finished off using joint-it in dark grey which in various parts was showing signs of a white colour emerging on the surface. As time went by and conversations with the Landscaper not having experienced this before and unsure of a solution, I contacted Joint-it and the Regional Manager for my area was extremely helpful in listening to my query and offering answers to discuss with the landscaper. He was also willing to come out and look at the problem which he did a few weeks later, again offering his advice and taking photos in order that he could seek further advice/help from the Sales and Technical Director. This Director kindly explained that the hoist coming through was called efflorescence which is a white deposit on concrete base due to moisture loss with a full explanation of what causes same. The short answer is a natural fungi and he recommended a cleaner to remove the efflorescence. It may need more than 1 application for the natural cycle of fungi to run its course.
I am very grateful for the advice and time taken by these 2 gentlemen to assure me of how to resolve this issue and I feel that this review may be helpful should someone else experience a similar problem.

Have just completed DIY patio project using Joint-It sealing and jointing systems. I couldn’t be more pleased – with both product and technical support.

Sealing: I chose Joint-It Premium Seal as it penetrates the concrete flags rather than sitting on top. This made sense to me. It comes ready-to-use. However, with my garden sprayer, I overly saturated the flags so that the two litres did not cover the 8m² as they shoul have. If I were to do this again over such a small area, I would opt for greater control by brushing it on with a paint brush. (In my defence - and of the product – eighty-year-old eyes don’t see a fine spray of clear liquid too well!) The sealer dried clear with no noticeable change in the silver granite shade of the flags and without affecting the non-slip surface. Water forms droplets on the flag surface and runs off on the 1% gradient.

Jointing: The choice here was Joint-It Dynamic, rather than the Joint-It Simple. The substrate is heavy Northern Ireland clay. Joint-It Dynamic is non-permeable and sets rock hard so surface water will mostly run off to a French drain system. Application was easy, even for a DIYer. Surprisingly (to this layman) the flags are kept well saturated with water throughout the process. The Dynamic flowed readily down into the joints, filling them all the way to the top. Pointing the widish joints was fun and achieved a very pleasing finish to this riven, irregularly edged, randomly laid patio. Just a note: mixing the product in (its own bucket) requires a sturdy paddle and a little more than a DIY screwdriver-drill.

The technology behind these products is inspiring. Clean-up is quick and easy. Person-to-person technical support from Joint-It Ltd was readily available. In fact, I had a lengthy telephonic discussion with the technical director who himself has had extensive paving experience. So, apart from product selection and application advice, he also gave me great tips on laying the paving flags! Amazingly this telephone call was followed up with WhatsApp voice messages, repeating the information and advice. Referring to those messages from time to time encouraged me through the whole project. It’s clear that Gary and his colleagues love what they do.

Excellent service from Gary at Joint-It, who took the trouble to respond to my messages and followed up with some extended voicemails with advice / support.
I was cautious in selecting grout for my rear patio paving as I fight an ongoing battle with weeds between pavers in my front driveway. I was determined to invest in something to avoid weeds, look good, easy to install, but bewildered by the numerous options and prices out there.
I called Gary/Joint-It to check a couple of points and he steered me away from a far more expensive product of theirs (very high strength which I didn't need as this was for people rather than cars / lorries). He assured me that the Joint-It simple sets rock hard, resists weeds and power washing, and is water permeable - important to preserve your grout installation.
Now installed - it was easy to apply and looks absolutely superb.
