Steeltech deliver quality sheds. I am very happy with the service, price, delivery and construction. I made an amendment to the original design and it was accommodated. The customer services and communication was clear and accurate. The shed was delivered on the day it was promised and eventhough I was not present the shed was placed on exactly the marks I had indicated.

I have to say I was extremely impressed with the process from start to finish. All staff were very helpful, communications were good on delivery dates and installation was very rapid.
I’m so happy with the shed, it’s of great quality.

I suppose I should give George 5*…
I suppose I should give George 5* really, he ensured that I dodged a bullet with this company.
He promised the earth and didn’t deliver.
We travelled to the showroom to see their product.
Then for over two months, he messed me about with various promises. I’m still waiting on him getting me information.
I’ve gone to another company now, spending just under £20k and the service has been great.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Naturally, it is disappointing to receive a poor review, particularly where we feel some of the comments do not accurately reflect what occurred.
Our Northern Ireland team, George and Kenny, have always been known for taking a hands-on approach and regularly going above and beyond their duties as Sales Executives to ensure customers receive the right product for their needs.
You visited our Northern Ireland team and enquired about two separate units: a large standalone unit and an extension to the side of an existing building.
There was no issue with providing the standalone unit. However, the proposed extension required George and Kenny to consult with our engineering team at Head Office before confirming whether we could proceed. This resulted in a short delay while the proposal was reviewed, but not to the extent suggested in your review.
More importantly, we understood that the extension was intended for business use and would therefore be subject to Building Control requirements. We raised concerns that the type of structure being considered may not meet those requirements for its intended use.
To explain why we were raising this concern, we also provided you with a copy of a Notice of Rejection relating to a similar structure. In that instance, the customer had approached us after their proposal had been rejected to see whether there was anything we could do to assist.
Our intention was not to delay your enquiry or make the process unnecessarily difficult. We were trying to ensure that you did not purchase a structure from us that could subsequently fail to meet the requirements for its intended use.
I also don't believe it is accurate to say that you are still waiting for information from us. Our team made it clear that, having reviewed what you required, we would not be able to provide the type of solution you were looking for.
We are always happy to accept fair criticism where we have fallen short. Equally, where a review does not accurately reflect the circumstances, we feel it is important to clarify the facts and provide our side of the situation.
