The find it that it works well and has helped me with the pain. I felt it from the first use!! I wish the belt was longer to avoid using the extended belt. The belt is kind of small and it comes off if you move. That would be my only recommendation to fix and it will be perfect

Awhile after receiving the unit the vibration part stopped working. I actually liked it until it failed. I reported the problem on their FB page and also emailed support. They said it has a 1 year warranty and they would replace it, but that was a month ago and they now blocked me and my review on FB. I would just like a replacement or refund.

It seems to help my back. I had never did business and was hesitant to to do this so blindly. It was hard to keep track of when it was going to be delivered and it did take a while. Everything came out fine. The only thing I would change is more updates on where in the process the belt is. It works fine. It helps and I'm happy with it

I could not believe how well this product worked. First try and the pain was gone. Highly recommend. Infact, I going to purchase another one.

I purchased Irries a while ago and have used it several times. I’m very happy with the product because it provides quick and instant relief when needed. The product works well and has been effective for me. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

Absolute scam! Beware of buyer. Do not purchase anything from this company. If you try to return the product, they will not issue a full refund and they do not let you return the product until you've gone through the trial. They make you pay for international shipping, a 20% medical cleansing of the product and only will return 35% of your money. Avoid using this company at all costs.

Additionally, you can find cheaper massage belts on Amazon that do exactly the same thing.

Works great and I believe it’s working. Controller can be touched by arm and settings change. Otherwise good unit.

It only works about every 4th or 5th time I try to use it.

The instruction that came with the product are impossible to read. Had to get a magnifying glass to attempt to read the instructions.

The belt is not the best quality product for any type of back issue. I thought I ordered a product from the US and it turns out it is shipped from Asia. It is of concern if for any reason you don't like the product and want your money back. Sizing is all wrong and everything it offered is misleading. Not all belts are good for back pain. I would put this one at the end of my purchase list. My advise, consult your doctor prior purchasing it, it can really damage your back if not careful. At the end I wanted to return it, but I only got a portion of my money back. They kept 60% of my money. BE CAREFUL WITH ALL THOSE SOCIAL MEDIA ADS, DO YOUR RESEARCH.

This product is supremely engineered with quality in every area. Literally it has transformed my life back to almost pain-free. I’m an ancient 66 year old but 6 months ago appeared almost crippled and in constant pain and could only manage very small walks supported by a walking-stick. I’m now stick-free and feeling ten years younger. There are so many products for sale on the internet -TRUST this one! Peter (Scottish but living in glorious Granada, Spain).

The panel is easily changed after setting it. A simple touch of a elbow or arm. It would be nice to lock for each setting. The battery doesn't seem to stay charged. It's hard to keep it from moving up and down on us larger people. I can feel some benefits but should like to feel more for the money.

I contacted irries to ask about sizing, they recommended a 1x for the info I gave them, I ordered a 2x, was way to sm, when I contacted them again they said I'd have to pay international shipping fees and return it then they'd send me another.i replied no, this went back in forth they won't make it right unless I pay more which I won't do. This was for the posture belt. So I took a loss standing my ground. Lesson learned.
So after I wrote this review, they reached out and gave me a refund for the posture brace,
I have since received the belt , with the extension they included I can use it. Still frustrated with the whole process.

The belt works great but the battery last less than 5 minutes and I can keep it charging while on because it turns off. Very frustrating it takes longer to charge than it being used.

Product arrived fast and well packaged. It’s been helping me with therapeutic support. Massagers and heating are very relaxing and promote immediate relief. However, the battery life does not last long - it needs to be charged after every use.

I ordered from their website directly they provided me with fake tracking numbers. Support kept saying its out of stock and they are upgrading my purchase.

I was hoping for a miracle and I got it! This belt worked so well for my back that I called my Dr and told him he should recommend this belt for any patient with back issues! It's amazing how quickly it started helping my back pain to diminish. So pleased with this product.

It is comfortable to use and I find it very effective

The belt really helped my husband with his SI joint pain. And the customer service was amazing. At some point, the belt stopped working so I reached out about a return. The response was prompt. We started the process of getting a brand new belt as a replacement when my husband did something to the belt and it started working again. I let the company know but they insisted that we still get a new belt to ensure we have a good one. I was very surprised - this level of customer service doesn’t exist anymore.
