No communication. Waiting on a small order emailed no response. I’ll never use again. Want a refund haven’t received my order it’s been a week and they haven’t even sent it yet. Ridiculous

I Ordered 10 vape pods 2 weeks ago and ony got 1 today 312.00 No Confirmation I emailed them twice with No Reply I contacted them through whatsapp And they told me it was on its way Gave me a tracking number that did not work DO NOT TOUCH THIS SITE THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!! NOT HAPPY !!!

Do not buy if IGET-vapepro.com they are crap and when it’s time get your money back they go silent . If your order say 3 and nearly ten days later chase up confirmation of order only then they tell you that they need you to order 10 more they will promise a refund next working day but when that day comes they ignore you I have all photo proof

EDIT - I did get a confirmation, it was in my junk 😂 I received it all ok! Phew
Got quite a few orders without issue.
Last time (April) I never got a confirmation email but it arrived.. also had to do bank transfer instead of card this time which stressed me out. But was totally fine.
Also noticing there’s “igetstore” and “igetsstore” websites. Not sure which ones correct. 🤔

Edit: heard from them after posting this and waiting on order, unfortunately my order was not able to be fulfilled as there was limited stock but switched out for something else, Ordered and paid received no confirmation, messaged the phone number numerous times and emailed numerous times still have not heard a thing
