I was hesitant because of the reviews I read online, but still took the risk and ordered a tv stand. It arrived in less than a week and the quality was very good. The instructions were also very clear.
Honestly, a 10/10 experience :)

I bought a brown desk more than twenty days ago. The package arrived ten days later and some of the parts were damaged with some ink or black liquid that got into the package. I immediately sent a notice to them warning them about the damaged parts and the next day they replied to me saying they just needed pictures and the corresponding part numbers that were damaged. It’s been two weeks since they sent that email to which I replied a couple of hours later with the requested information. Since then, nothing.
I have tried multiple follow ups via email and there’s no response via phone.
I was really happy with my choice and their quick first response. Now I’m losing hope that I’ll ever get the replacement parts: two legs are completely stained and I’ll probably have to buy a new desk somewhere else.

I bought a furniture and came with missing parts . I emailed to the to the same email they contacted me about the delivery but no response , despite they responded to me then!
I called them and no avail . People working with orders seem be be incompetent because they can't just follow the list of parts to send . How can I assemble it without them ?? If no response I'll return the item and I'd never buy again from them.
