There was a little bit of confusion with my order initially and I had some trouble contacting the team. When the issue was picked up I received a swift response and apologies with an offer of some additional art as a gesture of goodwill. Impeccable customer service, will be ordering again in future and would absolutely recommend Inka Arthouse to anyone.

I had a problem with delivery...the carrier bent my print roll. Inkaarthouse organised an immediate replacement, they were fabulous. I will definitely be using them again.

I placed an order 3 days ago. Then realised I needed it delivered quickly for an overseas trip. I contacted Emma who was so helpful and understanding. Inkaart House is a fantastic company. There prints and frames are amazing and they are reasonably priced. I cannot fault this company, there service is a credit to them and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I have ordered several things from Inka Arthouse and they have such great quality and customer service! I also paid to have the prints framed and it is so worth the money. The frame is a great quality and so clean and nice! I will continue to order from them!

I have purchased an art on the October/15th.
The website said it should be delivered within 6 business days.
It’s November /3rd and despite of trying contact (they have a chat bot) and have never replied any emails.
I have never got the product I have ordered neither got contacted by them.

I got what I ordered. Impressed with the quality. Customer service was excellent. I'm thinking about my next purchase.

The framed print I received is absolutely as the inklaarthouse displayed. Beautiful vibrant colour and framing is perfect. Delivery was prompt. I was nervous about buying prints on line but wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this firm again. Highly recommend Inkkaarthouse.

I am very impressed with the gallery quality art prints I ordered from Inka. More than that, i feel good to be supporting businesses which values I resonate with. art and sustainability, I will be ordering more art prints soon as its been a dream of mine to have my home gallery.

Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give.

I ordered my prints on October 3. They are now stuck at a depot close to my location, with no meaningful updates. Apparently, the depot they chose cannot even accept packages of this size, so there are now additional delivery problems.

I keep emailing them, more than once a day at this point, and no one responds or takes responsibility for resolving the issue. Completely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing.

The delivery time was 15 business days rather than up to 6 days. There was a lack of communication around this as I did not receive any updates from the company apart from order confirmation. I had to do some digging to find the tracking information but the biggest fault there is on the couriers.

I reached out to Inka by mail and their chat and the issue was quickly resolved. I was also generously compensated by the founder herself. Great customer care!!

I ordered an Almond Blossom print on 10 October for my new home. The artwork arrived and is lovely, but the ordering and delivery experience was unfortunately stressful.

I had to follow up repeatedly for updates, and the hanging hooks were missing from the delivery. Despite assurances that replacement hooks would be sent, they have still not arrived at the time of writing. I also received a notification indicating collection in Australia, although my delivery address is in New Zealand, which added further confusion.

To acknowledge their efforts fairly, Emma and Jarrah apologised, refunded the hooks and offered complimentary prints. I appreciate those gestures. However, the repeated delivery issues and the time spent following up have affected my confidence in ordering again.

I am sharing this as honest customer feedback, with the hope that Inka Arthouse improves its communication, dispatch checks and follow through. The promises on the website should also reflect what the team can reliably deliver. The artwork itself is beautiful, but the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

The prints and frames are excellent quality, especially the solid, well-made frames. However, shipping took much longer than the advertised 2–5 days, with confirmation arriving after about 13 days. More accurate estimates and better order updates would improve the experience.

My husband always wanted a print of Mona Lisa. Even when we were at the Louve in Paris he made a comment however we never got down to it. Finally after 30 years I managed to find him a print from Inkaarthouse. It was packed very well & now sits on his office shelf. Thank you Inkaarthouse.

There was a mixup on my order and it was resolved beyond my expectations. I will continue to shop for my art with a company I can trust to make it right.
