Amazing choice of pictures, difficult to choose just one (or two in my case). I may be back for more. « Not my circus..etc » hangs on my wall and neatly sums up the journey so far.

Avoid.

Ordered some art and within 3 days had a notification it was on the way, 2 days later the courier couldn't fulfil the delivery (Their own parcel shop refused to take it.) Rather than attempt a second delivery they returned the package to the vendor who I immediately contacted to arrange a new delivery.

10 days later this new delivery hasn't even shipped yet. No explanation of why they are reprint my order and why it's taken over 3 times longer this time around. All I want is my original order sending back out. It should be the simplest thing ever. Put a new address label on and post it.

But no, they won't give me an explanation of why nothing has happened, I'm just stuck here waiting. Customer service have tried to fob me off with non specific answers, but it's just not good enough and their replies make no sense.

If it's not sorted soon, I will be cancelling and taking legal advice if I don't get an immediate refund

Ordering process could not have been any easier. Order received in less than a week! I got emails from several people with tips about the prints. The quality of the prints is phenomenal! Easy purchase process. Artwork was delivered in a timely fashion. Very happy with my art piece. I love looking at it before I go to bed and when I wake up. I really like the fact that the artists and friends sent me a letter. It shows they care about their work and the people who purchase it. I will be buying more in the future. It's very hard to find trustworthy businesses online.

The ordering process was easy to navigate, the selection great, and final choice sized and accessorized easily. The art actually sent is high quality and securely packed ... the acrylic sheet is clear and perfect for the frame.

I ordered several prints from Andy Okay. Two of them arrived with some minor damage. Customer service gave me rock star service and offered me several options for resolution. They were even thoughtful about minimizing their carbon footprint during this process!

Great quality artwork with fast delivery and also great customer service

I immediately got confirmation it was ordered and later sent. It was delayed or something and customer service actually responded. It has now arrived and it's better than perfect. Thank you for a positive experience.

I bought 3 prints. They are essentially posters. I expected more. They are very crisp images and the colors are true, so that's why they have more stars. I'm marking down 2 stars because THEY CAME ROLLED! Could they not afford a rectangular box to send my posters FLAT?? This is inexcusable from such a highly rated company.

Packages came quickly, with good tracking info provided. The unboxing was very rewarding the pieces came packaged well protected. The artwork is more stunning than you can imagine when you first look at it. I can’t wait to fill the rest of my walls.
