Terrible customer service. Item was never shipped and despite numerous emails I can’t even get an answer as to when it would be shipped. Just telling me there was some type of anomaly. Yea, you took money and never shipped the item. Don’t bother ordering from their website. Find something local. Don’t waste your time.

The 10,000 and 20,000 mAh INIU Power banks are high quality, sturdy, and hold plenty of power for daily needs. I've used these products for keeping my heavily used Samsung smartphone powered up all day while camping several times over the last few years. Will continue using them in the future.

Great Power Bank for the Price

I’m really happy with this INIU power bank. It has a good amount of capacity and charges my devices quickly. The fast charging is especially useful when I need to get some battery back in a short amount of time.

It also feels well made and is easy to carry around. The size is reasonable for the amount of power it holds, making it great for travel, work, or keeping in a backpack. I like knowing I have extra power available when I need it.

For the price, I think this power bank is a great value. It performs well, charges quickly, and has plenty of capacity. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable power bank without spending a lot of money.

Unexpectedly, I had a 2-day stay in the hospital. I didn't know if there would be charging capabilities there so I quickly packed my INIU Charger! It totally saved me! I was able to use the charger for 2 days without re-charging. I am so thankful that INIU allowed me to communicate with family and hospital personnel.

Absolutely awful experience. The power bank does not work properly — the connection constantly cuts in and out, making it unreliable.
I contacted INIU customer support, and they initially promised to send me a replacement after asking me to provide a video demonstrating the problem. I did exactly what they requested and sent the video along with my shipping information.
After that, they simply stopped responding. I have followed up multiple times, and they continue to completely ignore my messages. No confirmation, no explanation, no replacement, and no resolution.
This is completely unacceptable customer service, especially when the company itself offered a warranty replacement and then disappeared as soon as I provided the requested evidence.
I will now open a dispute through PayPal and request a full refund. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before buying from INIU if you expect them to actually stand behind their warranty.

I have tried multiple INIU products and they have all been amazing and have never let me down. Power banks, car chargers, wireless chargers, and so on. I highly recommend this brand for value and quality

I received a recall announcement from Amazon about some INIU powerbanks, and I had purchased one in the past. I reached out to the email contact provided and asked what I should do about the recall announcement. INIU responded the next day with details regarding the recall and specified which Serial Numbers were affected. Thankfully, the model that I purchase was not affected so I did not have to take further action. I like how quickly their customer support responds to such important issues. I've been using my INIU powerbank for years with no issues.

I’ve purchased INIU’s portable charger for every member of my family—I love it that much. We’ve had no issues with the device but I once reached out to support to see if I can get a replacement cable. They got back to me the same day and offered solutions.

I really like all of the products that INIU makes, especially the chargers. They are very well made, light weight, slim, built with the consumer in mind. I especially like the "paw" charge indicator which lets you know the progress of the charging at a glance. Their customer service is excellent as well. Customer service is what makes a company great. Products can and do fail, even from the best, and it's how they stand behind them that matters. In that respect, I am happy to give INIU 5 stars for a quick, painless replacement of my battery 2 years after purchase.

I’ve had an excellent experience with INIU. I purchased the INIU 20W SnapGo Portable Charger (5000mAh Mini Power Bank for Apple Watch) around six months ago, and I’ve been really impressed with it.

The build quality is excellent, especially considering the price. It feels like a premium product, charges very quickly and offers fantastic value for money. Even after six months of regular use, the battery performance is still as good as new.

I also contacted INIU’s customer service to activate my warranty and they responded very quickly with all the information I needed. The whole process was straightforward and their support was friendly and efficient.

I purchased two items from INIU and they exactly as advertised have given me no problems. However, what really blew me away was the customer service. I had a quick question about the warranty. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick reply. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. It is rare to see a company that pairs a great product with truly world-class support. I highly recommend them!

Update: Iniu sent me another request to change/update my review. They have yet to actually do anything to correct the problem. Their product was recalled; I tried to send back my power bank, but couldn't because their webpage was "unprepared" for the level of traffic it received. They complained the recall notice went out before they were "ready". When Karlin finally gave me an alternate way to submit my recall, I was told I would receive an Amazon credit, but it was my responsibility to safely dispose of the power bank that might catch fire at any time, based on previous units that were faulty. When I did receive the Amazon credit, it was only for half of what I had originally paid for the power ban, and when I tried to use it, the code didn't work. At that point, I washed my hands of the whole affair - I had already wasted enough time on the POS company and their POS products. Now they want to give me another Amazon code that "should work", but won't repay me for the full amount of the product I purchased, to say nothing of the cost of disposing of it. And no, I won't just throw it in the trash. Unlike the Chinese, who are building coal plants faster than all the other nations in the world combined, I care about the environment. If you want a better review, stop acting like you care. Actually do the right thing, even if you don't care. In the meantime, buy Anker products. They have a well-deserved reputation, produce great products, and treat their customers with respect.

I have reviewed this company before, and they don't like people telling the truth about them. I ordered a portable battery made by Iniu from Amazon that was recalled. I tried to follow the recall process, but the website they had set up to "process" recalls never allowed me to submit my device to receive recall support. Eventually, they tried to complete the recall by having me email them images of the recalled product. Then I was told to dispose of it myself and they sent me a code for an Amazon gift card that was worth half of what I had paid for the faulty battery. That would have been lousy customer service in and of itself, but the refund code never worked either. At that point I chalked it up to a lesson learned. Never do business with Iniu. Their products can't be trusted, and they don't stand behind them or abide by American laws when they are caught. Not all Chinese companies are bad, but if they can cheat you, that is just "good business" in their culture. Don't trust - always verify. And even then, count your change and check your pockets before you walk away.
