Products rock. Packaging and setup were easy.... professional installation was very difficult (6+months) to find an electrical contractor that would touch this new system. Few things that aren't immediately clear when evaluating the Powerwall system - you can't set specific time times you want to pull from PV or battery, ie you grid charge overnight and begin using battery power when the rate changes (mid-tier rate) vs. being able to select draw from battery at peak times only. Not being able to net bill was a bummer, PV capacity is somewhat restrictive. # of powerwall circuits is disappointing - you end up with 10 max as you have to dedicate 2 circuits for surge protection (IEC mandated), 8 if you wire a generator direct to panel. Auto-switch over work 95% of the time, we still get clocks on appliances that reset despite the 20ns cut over...

Had to get away from Ecoflow's limitations and a refurb Solix F3000 was a great replacement at the right price.

This was a gift I gave to my niece in Northwest Indiana after the area she lives in was devastated by a derecho (a severe weather event). I asked her if it helped her after the event and should told me the device was a life saver. The S2000 reportedly gave her refrigerator, phone and laptop backup and was recharged by the cigarette lighter in her car.

The solar panel works as soon as you put it outside! I was looking at a lot of videos and different products and decided to get anker because of the good reviews and quality of their products
