This was my first time trading on Hiive and they made it super easy. The UI is easy to understand and follow. When I was stuck Sarah U and the rest of the execution and finance teams were in constant contact to help resolve the issue. I would highly recommend the Hiive platform to everyone.

I've done a number of purchases and sales of pre-IPO stock with several brokers. My experience with Hiive was excellent. Everything got done when and how it was supposed to and our transaction was smooth. Excellent communication throughout.

I had committed to purchasing SpaceX stock pre IPO. They dragged out the purchase for over a month and then sent me an email that they could not move forward with the transaction. This after the IPO was announced and I could not longer purchase the stock on the secondary market. So my money sat there for over a month without collecting interest. Very irresponsible and unethical company

It is a complete bait and switch company
Don’t even try anything with them . You end up lots of spending time and money signing contracts and funding your offer . Finally you will come to know after several weeks that they are unable to secure assets. You have to go through additional steps and pay for incoming wire to get the money back. It happened twice in two months and still waiting for $30k to be refunded. Scary !!Please look elsewhere….

We have had very frustrating attempts, to contact HIIVE, w regards to negotiatiog our way thru initial purchases, as well as a very unprofessional ability to contact/ communicate with HIIVE etc...Hopefully our initial purchase goes thru, and we learn/ find..a "Rhythm"

Stephanie Lee helped me throughout the process of my transaction. She was extremely helpful and prompt with updates. I would highly recommend Hiive based on my experience with her and the other staff members who helped me through the process.

This review has been updated from a week earlier. Initially, I was having an issue with the attempt at purchasing units of pre-IPO stock. I was learning their system and methods and I had not received good, thorough communication at first. After sharing my concerns, the Hiive team rallied and assisted me and changing some of the units over to another seller. They have done their best to protect my initial deal, and I appreciated that. Still more to learn and we shall see, but overall satisfied thus far.

Just closed on a large transaction through Hiive. Had a great experience all around, including the fee structure, the digital platform and the fantastic Execution Team. Regarding the latter, my point of contact, Tatum O'Reilly, was knowledgeable, quick to respond and handled the one (minor) wrinkle (with a 3rd party admin system) very effectively. Highly recommend!
