Managing my trading account on Mex and trading forex. Everything went smoothly in the first 2-3 trades. Sometimes I lost, sometimes I won. In my last experience, on August 28th at 5 PM, my account made a significant profit following the Fed chairman's statements. As a result, they deducted $2995 from my account, using the company's unreadable written rule 15.2 as an excuse. This is unfair.
I am writing this review to warn other traders about my recent experience with MEX Atlantic Corporation. The broker unilaterally wiped out my trading balance and blocked my pending withdrawal without providing any valid proof or technical explanation.
What Happened:
On August 24, 2026, MEX Atlantic executed a forced balance deduction on my account (Account No: 978861) under ticket #460754277, stripping away USD 1,551.88 from my account. The internal comment left by the broker was simply "ADJ-Unauthorized Trades #311485".
When I requested a withdrawal, my application was frozen in a perpetual state of "Your application is under review" inside the client portal, effectively seizing my legitimate funds. Shortly after, they issued a generic account termination notice citing broad clauses (Clause 15.1/15.2) without providing any MetaTrader server execution logs or trade reconciliation reports to back up their vague allegations.
Verifiable Evidence On Record:
MT5 Ticket #460754277: Forced deduction of -$1,551.88 USD dated 24.08.2026.
Portal Status: Withdrawal request blocked under "Under Review" status without resolution.
Formal Complaints Filed: Official regulatory complaint submitted to financial enforcement authorities (CIMA / FSA).
Conclusion:
I strongly advise prospective clients to be extremely cautious. Confiscating client profits under broad, unsubstantiated clauses is unacceptable. I demand the immediate refund of my confiscated balance (USD 1,551.88) and full transparency regarding my account logs.

It has been difficult for me to get my withdrawal for the past five days now. This firm is unreliable and they are just after your money. I regret giving them a chance because I have lost my funds to them. I am thankful for ~Agricmines~ they were fast and genuine in their service and steadily pays their customers.

I made the decision to give up trading after learning that Islamic accounts—also referred to as swap-free accounts—do not adhere to Shariah law as CFD Gold is not backed by real gold. I therefore donated all of my earnings to charitable causes.
In addition to there's nothing physical:
- This broker does not hold certification from a specific Islamic regulatory or Shariah certification body for its Islamic accounts.
- This broker does not engage an independent Islamic third party to perform annual Shariah-compliance audits of its Islamic accounts.
- This broker does not have a Shariah-compliance department that ensures the accounts are operated in compliance with Shariah.

I am writing this review to expose the highly unethical practices of MEX Atlantic (MultiBank). My experience with this broker has been an absolute nightmare, and I want to warn every retail investor to stay away from them.
> My account details are as follows:
> * *Account Number:* [89033598]
> * *Total Deducted:* [638.82$]
First, they completely locked my withdrawal portal, preventing me from accessing my own hard-earned money. Shortly after, they deducted funds from my account based on completely baseless and fabricated claims of "unauthorized trades." To make matters worse, they have now completely blocked my account access. I can no longer even log in to see my dashboard or transaction history.
As a retail trader with limited financial resources, losing this capital is devastating for me. This money represents my hard work, and MEX Atlantic has unlawfully taken it away. I have all the proof of my trading activity, which was fully compliant with their terms.
This is a blatant violation of client trust and financial regulations. I demand justice, a full investigation into this matter, and the immediate return of my funds

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from MEX Atlantic.
After trading profitably and requesting withdrawals, my funds were suddenly removed and my accounts were placed under an “internal investigation” without any transparent evidence or proper explanation. The company repeatedly sent contradictory emails — first saying withdrawals were possible, then claiming the investigation was still ongoing, and later sending account termination notices.
Their explanations kept changing every time I contacted support. One day they blamed internal review procedures, another day they referenced vague policy violations without providing any real proof. This behavior looks extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about how client funds are handled.
The most alarming part is that profitable clients appear to face restrictions, delays, account closures, and balance deductions instead of receiving clear communication and fair treatment.
Support responses felt copied, evasive, and intentionally delaying the situation. Weeks passed without a consistent answer. A regulated and trustworthy broker should never operate this way.
My experience with MEX Atlantic has been one of the worst experiences I have had with any broker. Traders should think very carefully before depositing money here, especially if they ever expect smooth withdrawals or transparent treatment once profits are involved.

I had USD 1,960 sitting in my account. I stopped trading for a while... life happens. Then one day I log in and the account is completely empty. Zero. No email, no warning, no monthly deduction on any statement. Just gone. When I reached out, they told me it was inactivity fees.
Here's what gets me: every single month they sent me a statement showing my original balance. They knew exactly where to find my email address. But not once did they mention that fees were being charged. Not once did they say "your account is inactive, this is what's happening." They just kept sending statements with the balance while quietly letting the charges pile up in the background.
After I complained, they refunded USD 1,000. So they clearly had room to move, which tells you something.
Their policy says $60 per month. Fine. But if you charge monthly fees, charge them monthly. That way a client sees it, reacts, withdraws or deposits. Instead they let 16 months accumulate in silence and took USD 960 in one shot. The clause also says they "may" charge the fee not that they will. Funny how "may" always seems to mean "will, without telling you."
A broker that emails you monthly statements but can't find the words to mention active fee deductions isn't being forgetful. It's a choice.
I've withdrawn my remaining balance. I won't be back !

The BOT associated with Alex Kazz is a con. He is a con man and although doesn’t have association with this company claims he knows the traders of this company. Avoid at all costs
