They didn't wait for me to go to Tivoli
I booked a day trip to Tívoli. The metro to arrive to the meeting point was delayed. They called me and I imformed about this. I arrived ten minutes later and the bus was left. I called them and they didn't give a solution neither return me the money. So, I DON'T RECOMMEND to make any excursion with this company.

Worst purchase experience of my long…
Worst purchase experience of my long consumer life. I buy tickets for a match between FC Barcelone vs Real Sociedad scheduled for May 12. The match gets rescheduled for May 13 which is the day I fly back to Sweden. The tickets are non refundable. Non transferable. I reach out to Hellotickets who says they can’t do anything. I feel truly robbed.

We would simply like to clarify that tickets for most concerts and sporting events around the world are non-cancellable. And in this case is not an exception to this rule, so we are not allowed to cancel reservations made on behalf of a customer, so, very sorry, we could not make the cancellation.
