terrible company
terrible company. i ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them. they took weeks to be dispatched as they didn't have the shoes i ordered in stock. when they finally arrived they had sent one pair of shoes in the wrong size. they sent me the Brazilian size. i contacted them about it and they told me they would not take any responsibility as they sent the size which is listen on the shoe. i told them why would i want the Brazilian size and not EU? we are in EU. so i send 2 pairs of the shoes back and they sent me an email saying the return will be processed in 14 days. it has now been 16 days and still no sign of it being processed. i contacted them about this as well and they just told me to wait. will NEVER order from this terrible company again.

No problem, delivery time was fine. The only small issue was there is an Š in my name and on the package was ? instead. This lead to difficulties at the parcel shop.

Clarification Regarding Condition of Received Adidas Adizero Boston 13
I received my Adidas Adizero Boston 13 order today, but unfortunately the shoes arrived with visible signs of wear and handling. There are marks on the midsole, outsole, and insoles which make the pair appear previously used or returned.
In particular, I observed:
* marks and slight wear signs on the midsole and outsole,
* visible handling/scuff marks on the foam areas,
* and slight signs of wear on the insoles as well.
I paid for a new pair of shoes, not a second-hand or previously worn item, so I am disappointed with the condition in which the product was delivered.
I purchased these shoes specifically to send to my brother in my home country through a friend travelling on 10 May, as he is preparing for his upcoming marathon. Because of this limited timeline, I would appreciate a quick solution from your side.
Please let me know the best possible resolution, whether that is:
* an immediate replacement with a genuinely new pair, or
* appropriate compensation/refund for the condition of the shoes received.
I have attached photos showing the visible marks and signs of wear.

Parcel service did not even try to deliver
The parcel was addressed to a pick up station, yet did not even reach that. Instead, it was directly sent back from the parcel center hub, they did not even try to deliver it!
