Thank you for your message and for highlighting the issue with collecting your order. I am sorry for the inconvenience regarding the missing pickup code for the DPD station.
For confidentiality reasons, we do not have direct access to the collection codes for lockers. We have already requested that the carrier resend your pickup code by email and hope that this will resolve the situation soon.
