the worst online company I ever experienced. Never buy something from there. The company sits in China and they make it unbelievable hard to return a defect item. In matter of fact they dont want you and therefore dont want to refund the money!
One Star. I never give one Star reviews, but karnz deserves it.
First: contrary to what is offered in their website, the product I received is a Chinese fake.
Second: their return portal doesn't work, and you need to contact them via email. After some back and forth emails you finally receive instructions for returning the package - to CANADA!. Because they understand that returning to Canada from Europe can be cumbersome, they offer 10% return of the initial price. Clearly, this shop doesn't want customers to buy from them twice.
All good so far have to wait till order comes . It for my Daughter 18th Birthday from her younger Brother.
