Feels good, have only used a week. Took a while to get, but not oily and it has me now in a routine for my facial therapy so grateful for that. I have to use more than 2 drops more like 5 drops, I am 72 and just now starting a facial care routine.

It's been 28 days since I placed my order, and still no delivery. Apparently the product ships from China??. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

This went straight into the bin. The packaging looked cheap, there was no company name, address or contact details, manufacturing location or website referenced on the external or bottle packaging. I couldn't even get into the bottle with the included cheap plastic syringe. I don't trust that the ingredients are genuine. Tracking did not say where the package originated from.

I ordered two ampoules and one arrived crushed. I sent a picture with my situation and they said they would replace it. They never replaced it and every time I email them asking about the status and where my product isthey ignore me and don't respond. Very frustrating and unfortunate.
