Unreliable penny pinchers
Unreliable penny pinchers. The product is broken and Fruugo insists on seeing pictures... but their website won't accept a single PDF upload. I was looking for an alternative to Amazon but Fruugo isn't it.

Scamming Site
I placed an order and after nearly one month still no one from the customer service stepped into resolve the delivery issues with the order despite the multiple reminders via their help centre. Would not recommend as a legit e-commerce site.

Absolutely terrible.. ordered a printer and it came from china.. it was a counterfeit product that didn’t work and the return post that you pay yourself !!! Costs more than the product?
DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED
Update was refunded after a few days of emails

Wrong product received UK
Unfortunately I received a pull back and go with a static stand non rc small kids toy aircraft when I was supposed to receive an rc training plane called the Apprentice 1.5m STS with safe gyro stability and transmitter. Not impressed so far. Hopefully I'll get my money back as can't see me getting actual plane now which is false advertising on Fruugo's part. If I do receive actual product I ordered i will change my review.
