Awful customer service seems to be a recurring theme with this company, judging by the number of reviews describing exactly the same problems.

I bought a pump only to discover it didn’t include all the parts needed for it to work – those had to be purchased separately. To make matters worse, it was supplied with a European plug instead of a UK plug.

When I tried to generate a return label through their online portal, I repeatedly received the same error message. Their AI assistant suggested several possible solutions, but none of them worked. After wasting a considerable amount of time trying to resolve the issue, I was left with no way to return the item.

Overall, a very frustrating experience with poor customer service, inadequate quality control, and an online returns process that simply doesn’t work.

I brought a water pump and found parts necessary to use it not included or missing, no indication was given about this in the blurb.

I contacted the company but have had no response to a simple question, VERY disappointed, I expected more from a German company.

Terrible product ! Poorly engineered ! After 30 minutes of use, the plastic fan blade spins freely on the metal axle - it's meant to clamp on and remain secure with a push fit, but the plastic parts are weak. Makes a horrible noise. Customer service also terrible. Submitted order number and email address to return for refund, and no response.

Very fast delivery with easy tracking. Equipment works well as anticipated.

Very bad customer service. I placed two orders with them and one of the items ended up being defective. I attempted to return it and despite the return policies customer service did not provide me with a return label. The service agent was rude and very unhelpful.
