Battle doesn't keep warmth
Battle doesn't keep warmth. After 4 hours my water was cold. It should keep warmth for 18 hours. Apparently it tends to happen in products send for Poland?? For this price I would expect good quality. Will be filing a complaint and requesting new - working product.

I preordered my product on September 2
Support staff apologise for not replying my email and did compensation for the waiting time. I received the product at the beginning of November. Till now I can say Iam satisfied with the product, thats why Iam changing my grade to 4*, because of much longer shipping time then communicated.
I preordered my product on September 2, 2023. Delivery was expected in the second half of September. However, on September 25, they sent a newsletter about a delay. They did not provide any information regarding when the items would be shipped. That's why I sent emails on October 2, October 8, and October 9, but still received no reply. While I can understand occasional delays, I cannot comprehend their lack of communication and failure to inform us about expected delivery times. Given the extended delay, I would appreciate a discount on the product or shipping.

Delivery was as planned and mugs were nicely packed. My mug (blue) has a beautiful color and nice size. It also does not leak! However, I have noticed that the mug is easily scratched, it has three horrible scratches that teally spoil the nice mug. This, I would not expect after two uses (only when I must go to the office) and fir the price paid. I have wondered if this is a faulty mug or the quality is like that.
