Unfortunately I waited almost three months for the arrival of the couch. But I am happy as it is now. I was also lucky that the deliverer help me carry everything into my first floor apartment, what they normally don’t do.

There should be the option of '0 star'! SCAM this site, for a second I felt like Jim Browning is going to tell me to hang up the phone. I had the same issue, did the quiz, joined a 50% discount for three month and read that you'll have to pay £65 if you don't cancel within 14 days. Got on the site and with an instant contacted the hotline to cancel, but they would not let me and told me to pay £65 cancellation fee.
