Rubbish delivery
I ordered 3 pieces of laminate incizo profile from this company 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. I've called them at least 3 times to complain about their delivery provider, DX, sending me notifications of attempted deliveries that never took place. Every time I have they've blamed their delivery partner (who may well be at fault), but at the end of the day its Flooring Supplies selling me the product, not DX. The customer service people were very nice, but at no point when speaking to them have they offered any tangible solutions to make the customer experience better, like offering to send the order again with a different courier, or offering to refund the shipping fee. I've been given reassurances it would be delivered in the next day after speaking with them twice, and it still hasn't arrived. It's amazing how 3 little pieces of laminate trim can be such a challenge. The delay has added cost onto my project as I'm now going to have to pay my flooring installer more money to come back to finish the job.

Really excellent customer service
Really excellent customer service: we needed some advice on getting hte right product and the right amount. We had an excellent experience with an advisor giving us help and sorting out a large order, while keeping hte discount code. They were friendly warm and couldn't be more helpful!
We found the delivery excellent- good communication, knew when to expect it, tracking was great.
And the product is great, as described and just what we wanted.
