Fast delivery, very good prices

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Flaconi. I placed an order, and the very next day the exact same item went on a much bigger sale. Within less than 24 hours, I tried to cancel the original order to re-purchase it at the lower price.Instead of showing flexibility or offering a simple price adjustment, their system blocked the cancellation process because the order went "under treatment." Customer support is completely unhelpful, forcing me to either accept the financial loss or waste my time dealing with refusing deliveries and waiting weeks for a refund.This is incredibly rigid and poor customer service. I will think twice before buying from Flaconi again. Zero flexibility for loyal customers.

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order for the first time with this company on 21st July, still not received my order over 2 weeks later. Post Nord say they are expecting the order, Flaconi say they have sent it. Customer service is impossible, only way of communicating is via a contact form. I've requested a refund twice but to no avail. Will not order from Flaconi again!!!!

I used to order from Flaconi without any problems, so this experience has been really disappointing.
My return still hasn’t been processed after three months for order 11-752356. I sent the tracking number, filled out all the requested forms, and followed up six times with no real resolution.
I also had an issue with order no. 11-757936, where the Lancôme eye set GWP was missing from the package.
What’s worse is how hard Flaconi has become to reach. Emails are no longer answered and the phone support doesn’t seem to work at all. This lack of communication feels disrespectful.

Mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers for months is not acceptable. I’m asking Flaconi to finally process my return, fix the missing item, and respond properly.

Very disappointed with this store

Made a first time order from them just to receive a face roller that doesn’t roll (it is too tightened on the pin) and one leaking toner (i bought a face roller kit, two toners and one serum)

Total cost: 600+ (SEK)
Usable products: 300 (SEK)
Wasted money: 300+ SEK

Tried contacting them, refused to give me my money back and forced me to sign documents claiming postnord is the one wanting those.
Called postnord and was informed that all documentation wanted signed would come directly from them and would be tagged with their logo company NOT falconis.

So i was lied to.... Great 👍

placed an order on 28/03 with order number 11-759546. On 30/03, I received an email stating that the item had been shipped. Today is 02/04, four days later, and the tracking still shows that the item has not been collected by the carrier and there has been no movement.

I contacted customer service, and they sent me a link to track it on your site, but there is no tracking information available.

Please ensure the item is shipped immediately.

I placed an order with flaconi on 17 February 2026. They took my payment but no order confirmation. I have contacted Flaconi several times including proof of my order and my payment going to them. It is now 20 February with no resolution of the problem. They are not replying to my emails any longer. They claim no order but refuse to return my payment/money though I provided proof that my payment went to their company. Not a serious company.

Luckily when we received the perfume that we ordered, the batch code belonged to a new series of production.

I want to leave a positive review. Very fast customer service. I had to cancel an order, and customer service was very friendly and helpful. Later I ordered another hair mask — the delivery wasn’t very fast, but it was New Year and the shipment was from Germany. The price was great, the product is wonderful, and the delivery was free, which I really appreciate.

Stay far away from these SCAMMERS!

They can't even figure out their own terms and conditions and when you point out their own mistakes you get a really clueless response from what must be an intern(I refuse to believe a normal person can be this cognitively challenged!)!!
It's been a huge headache to return a simple item and they can't figure out how to return the correct amount according to their own return policy and/or terms and conditions!!

There are many better places online to shop that are also much CHEAPER!! STAY CLEAR OF Flaconi!!
