Package went missing and no refund offered
I ordered with them already a few times and it was okay, nothing special. This time my package was stolen in the Bpost locker and Flaconi has been ignoring me for 3 weeks and now come back to ask me to report it to the police. So I guess I won't get a refund or an actual package. Be careful to order from here because if you're unlucky like me, you will lose your time and money.

I ordered two perfumes on the 5th April and still haven't received them because of Bpost's union actions, BUT this company refuses to refund me. I don't need their perfumes anymore; all I need is my money back, which was not little !!!!
