Great experience. Would recommend Firmoo. I initially bought 3 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of polarized sunglasses. Unfortunately in two of the glasses (same frames, in two different colours) my prescription did not sit right for me. I have quite a high astigmatism (-2.50) so this does sometimes happen even when I buy glasses in person in high street stores. Firmoo were very helpful, the advised to donate the unusable glasses to charity and gave me a credit to order more. The replacement glasses worked out perfectly. So I now have two glasses with ultra clear/anti glare lenses and two prescription polarized sunglasses, all for less than €100, and the quality is every bit as good as buying in store in an opticians. Shipping tool roughly two weeks each time. I will order from Firmoo again.

I have been raving about Firmoo to everyone I know. I was a bit wary about trying them as had no idea if the glasses would be a good standard - especially because I wear varifocals. But the prices are so much cheaper than what I normally pay I decided to try them and I can't get over the quality (for such a good price). And the customer service is excellent. I got 4 pairs of glasses - 2 varifocals and 2 reading glasses. I had tried them all on before using their software but when one set arrived they were too big for me and I got a voucher to enable me to buy another pair instead. The delivery was swift - but it's the quality and level of customer care I am so happy about. Would highly recommend them

Great shop! The instructions on the website are very helpful in terms on sizes and how to measure whats necessary to buy your glasses. I'm very happy with my purchase, they were just as I expected!

Ordered glasses from Firmoo and a competitor on the same day. Both ship from China, but whereas the glasses from the competitor arrived a week ago, Firmoo just sent an email advising me of a delay and asking for my patience for a few more days. By the time the glasses get here I'll have left on my holidays, which was the reason I ordered them.

This service is BEYOND slow. You will need a new prescription by the time your order arrives. In my case, the sunglasses wont be needed as they won't arrive until winter! Customer service is dreadful & refuse to give delivery dates. It seems that someone is walking from China to Europe with my order.

Delighted with the varifocal glasses they are perfect but the magnetic attachment sun glasses are not magnetic they clip on which is fiddly and very flimsy not sure how long they will last. I can see the clips when wearing the glasses which is not giving me clear vision I’m very conscious of them.

The website was easy to use, The delivery was right on point and the 2 pairs of glasses are perfect at a fantastic price.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses with the magnetic sunglasses attachments. I ordered a pair for distance and a pair for reading. My distance pair were perfect. The frames were light and comfortable to wear. My reading glasses arrived without any magnification. I used the chat service and was in contact with an agent after about 1 minute of a wait. The error was on my behalf and the error was rectified. I would advise people to be familiar with their prescriptions prior to ordering. Embarrassingly I made yet another error and misplaced a decimal point. Despite me being mortified,the customer service I received was very courteous and patient with me. I will definitely be a return customer.

Easy to follow instructions on sizing during the ordering process, arrived as expected and was kept informed on transit status. Follow up to see if everything went well from the company was a nice touch. The quality is great.

The frames are perfect, very good quality, no issue with lens and saved 200 euro on one pair of glasses with the same specifications and add-ons that specsavers recommend.

The cost of glasses from normal high street retail is super high so I decided to try Firmoo.ie as a "science experiment."

I ordered two pairs of advanced varifocals (one photochromic) and to say I was surprised would be an understatement. They are fantastic glasses and I couldn't be more pleased.

If they can keep this going I wont buy glasses on the high street ever again.
