The glasses are a great quality and look just as awesome as in the pictures. Only trouble is that I couldn't find any frame in the style I wanted that would suit a smaller head.

I have now purchased a varifocal one to try out.

I have been having my specs done in Ireland for the last 12 years (well technically it's every two years for eye check). And mind you, have been spending roughly 485euros for two pairs or 285 for 1 only. I had enough of the highway robbery.
FIRMOO is the absolute best. Price- economical. It will never cost an arm and leg. All you have to do is upload your eye prescription with pupillary distance as well.
In choosing your frame, the measurements are indicated as well in their website. So there is no guessing game.
Shipment took more or less 14 days. When it arrived, the specs and frame were not cheap looking. Looked classy and high quality. Highly recommended. Will order a second pair soon. Keep up the excellent work FIRMOO.

Beautiful frames, very affordable, wasn't expecting the quality. I am delighted as I have a complicated prescription, I wear a balancing lens with one eye, I have astigmatism and extremely short sighted in the other eye and have varifocal lens. I am delighted with both pairs of glasses and have been recommending firmoo to all my friends

Honestly, this was such a disappointing experience, especially as a returning customer.

I had ordered from Firmoo before and had a decent experience, so I actually recommended them to family members. Based on that, we ended up placing a fairly large order of 7 pairs of glasses. Unfortunately, 5 out of the 7 now have to be returned because of different issues.

One pair appears to have an issue with the prescription. Another has what seems to be a defective lens, with one specific spot that creates a noticeable glare. The third pair is extremely flimsy and so small that it genuinely seems better suited to a child. The fourth pair actually cost extra because I was told adjustments needed to be made to the frame, yet the lenses are visibly protruding out of the frame. The fifth pair has arms that are so tight that putting them on feels like I am going to crack or damage the frame.

Having issues with the majority of a seven pair order, particularly after waiting over two weeks for it to arrive, is incredibly disappointing.

I contacted customer service and, while they did respond, the solution offered was for me to send the glasses back at my own expense before receiving a refund or credit. I actually had to argue the point before they agreed to reimburse the return postage.

What frustrated me even more was that I initially wasn’t asking for a refund. I simply wanted the faulty glasses replaced with properly made versions. Considering the number of defective pairs in one order, I thought that would have been a reasonable request. Instead, the solution was essentially for me to return everything, wait for the refund or credit, place another order myself and then hope the replacements arrive in acceptable condition.

For a returning customer who spent hundreds of euro and received an order where the majority of the glasses had issues, I expected considerably more effort to put things right. I would have expected the replacements to be arranged directly and properly checked before being sent out, rather than putting the entire process back on the customer.

I don’t know what has happened to the quality since my previous order, but this experience has seriously changed my opinion of Firmoo. Based on this order, I would be very cautious about placing a large order with them as it’s a clear hit or miss.

Absolutely first class sevice, fast delivery, tracked all the way from China to Dublin, glasses are first rate, received as ordered bifocals, perfect on both counts.
