Ordered Horseware ice-vibe hock wraps on 22 July. They shipped from Finland the next day, and arrived to Poland on 28th, in good shape and exactly as advised on the website. I could track delivery status all the way. Thank you for quick turnaround time!
AVOID!!!! I paid. I received no correspondence or invoice to say Id paid or the goods were coming. 11 days later still nothing.
I contacted Finntack and said it was too late to send the items as they were presents and I hadnt heard from them.
They responded and ignored my message and said they are now sending the items after anyway!
I tried to get them to take them back and they ignored me again. I am left with £350 worth of items I no longer needed!!!! They came over 3 weeks late!!!!!! Angry is not the word. Left with items I cannot use
Ordered online. All products very high quality, as described, delivered (eventually) correctly and client service was kind (with delay). Just the delivery took weeks longer than promised due to black friday.
This has to be the worst online experience I have ever had trying to purchase an item. The website isn't accepting my Irish postcode, even though I have a registered Irish account. There is NO customer service I have been emailing them for 4 days now. This online company has all the trademarks of a company that is about to go bust. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
From you order until they send your purchase they take over 10 days. Buy your stuff somewhere else !!
