Resealed Mega Dream EX booster boxes
I received 2 Mega Dream EX booster boxes, but both were resealed. They did not acknowledge it, and wouldn't accept a return, even though I provided photo evidence, so I had to make a charge back through my bank.
So I'd recommend being careful ordering.
I don't know if it is a common occurrence, but it happened to me.

We understand that you purchased two Mega Dream EX booster boxes, and while the expected number of Mega Attack Rare and AR cards were included according to the standard pull rates, there were no SAR cards. Additionally, both boxes contained the same AR and SR (Trainer/Item) cards, which led you to believe that this was an unlikely occurrence and raised concerns that the products may have been resealed.
As we previously explained, SAR cards are not guaranteed in every box, and it is possible for AR and other cards to overlap. In cases of resealed products circulating in Japan, higher-value cards such as Mega Attack Rares and ARs are often removed. Since the expected number of these rarities was present in your boxes, we consider it unlikely that the products were resealed.
We also reviewed the photos you provided, including the shrink wrap and the box perforations, and did not find any irregularities.
We sincerely apologize that we were unable to meet your expectations.

At Fandom Tokyo, we maintain a strict fulfillment process. We photograph every order at three stages: the items before packaging, the package after it is sealed, and the items alongside the packing slip. Regarding this specific case, our recorded photos clearly confirm that all three booster boxes were included in the shipment. Furthermore, the packing slip received by the customer confirms that the correct items were dispatched from our warehouse. When our shipping records are verified as accurate yet a discrepancy is reported, it is handled as a potential shipping accident or mail tampering. Our shipping insurance covers such instances; however, this requires the recipient to provide evidence by "retaining all original packaging" and "filing a formal damage report with the carrier." Unfortunately, as the packaging was discarded and no report was made to the courier in this instance, we were unable to proceed with an insurance claim. We strive for 100% accuracy and transparency in every transaction. We encourage all customers to inspect their parcels upon arrival. If any issues are detected, please keep all packaging intact and contact both the carrier and our support team immediately so that we can provide full assistance through our insurance policy.
