I had an excellent experience with Ecoway Movers. The team was punctual, hardworking, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire move. They worked quickly while still taking great care of my belongings, and everything was completed without any issues. One thing I really appreciated was that the final cost came in lower than I had expected, which was a nice surprise. The service was professional from beginning to end, and the whole move felt easy and stress-free. I would definitely use Ecoway Movers again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I’ve dealt with movers before where the customer service sounded polished on the phone but the actual move was a mess. Ecoway Movers felt different mainly because everything stayed consistent the whole way through. Tom answered questions directly during booking and didn’t push extra add-ons every five minutes. On moving day, the crew worked steadily for hours without wasting time standing around checking phones or disappearing constantly. They even took extra care wrapping an older glass cabinet that’s been in our family forever. By the end of the move, I mostly remember how unusually stress-free the whole day felt.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! We hired Ecoway Movers but they sent Metropolitan Movers. Very unprofessional, slow, and not careful. Their moving truck had a company number written in black marker on the door…red flag! They damaged furniture, walls and door frames. Our couch and mattresses were all stained from the rusted truck. They purposely take their time to charge more! Now when they sent me a claim form, the form is from GetMovers…yet another company who they claim is the same company. This should be a HIGE RED FLAG to anyone considering Ecoway, Metropolitan or GetMovers!

Our closing date got pushed back less than 24 hours before the move, and I was already picturing boxes sitting in the driveway while everyone argued about scheduling. On moving day, Rowan, Blake and Ibrahim moved through the house with this weirdly calm rhythm even though it was a full 4-bedroom move. Nobody was crashing furniture into walls or yelling over each other. By the time we finished unloading in Oakville, I realized the day had gone way smoother than I expected.

We booked everything a few weeks in advance, and Anna was very helpful throughout and she walked us through the process, shared useful tips, and gave a clear estimate of the time needed, which ended up being very accurate. Our movers Ethan, Marcus, and Leo arrived right on time, introduced themselves, and got straight to work. I was honestly surprised at how fast they moved and the truck was fully loaded in about an hour, including carefully wrapping furniture and securing items like TVs. At the new place, they took the time to protect the floors before bringing anything in and had everything set up in under a couple of hours.The movers was polite, efficient, and easy to work with. They kept checking where we wanted things placed and didn’t mind adjusting items until everything was exactly how we wanted it. Even small things, like helping move our plants to the car and into the new place, made a difference, the pricing felt fair, the estimate was spot on, and the service exceeded expectations.

James and his team immediately put me at ease with their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear experience. They arrived early with great attitudes and handled my limited-edition, high-end furniture with exceptional care. Knowing my belongings were going into storage, their careful packing gave me real peace of mind. I’ll absolutely be requesting James again when I move into my new home. His professionalism is outstanding, and it’s obvious he truly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him, especially since my standards are very high.

Ecoway Movers helped move both my apartment and storage unit and were right on time and very efficient. They also gave great advice on protecting my floors with certain furniture and even found a screw to fix a shaky cabinet. Highly recommend!
