I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mishael and Deion. Moving our family home across a 9-hour distance was a huge undertaking, but they made the entire experience remarkably smooth and stress-free.

From the very beginning, they were punctual, professional, and maintained excellent communication throughout the move. Every item was handled with exceptional care and attention to detail, giving us complete confidence that our belongings were in the best hands.

What truly set them apart, however, was the way they connected with our family. While working tirelessly, they took the time to engage our children with riddles and conversations about classic storybooks. It was such a thoughtful touch and showed the kind of people they are beyond their professional skills.

After a long day and many hours on the road, they didn't rush to finish. They stayed late to help set everything back up, made sure things were where we wanted them, and checked repeatedly to ensure we were completely satisfied before leaving.

THE GUYS WORKED TIRELESSLY TO MOVE ALL OUR OFFICE FURNITURE. WE'RE ON THE SECOND FLOOR WHICH MEANT COUNTLESS TRIPS UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS. This is the worst moving company I have ever used ! Over charged , lost items and what I did receive was mostly , chopped , scratched or broken. Came back 3 times to deliver because they kept loosing items . This experience made me realize to never use a moving company again . Get a u haul and do it yourself

I wish I were writing a 5-star review. I hired them to move me from Vancouver to Toronto. They told me they would arrive on the day of the first move from 8 - 9 am. 9:05, no one was there; zero call to give me a heads-up. I had to call them; they showed up at 10:30 am. They gave me a delivery range of 8 - 26 days to arrive...I am now on day 24 of 26 and still have no clue when my stuff will arrive. They tell you you will get 3-4 days' notice. This puts my drop-off past the window. I would not use this service again. For $5,000, this has been a brutal experience. My moving coordinator has been very unhelpful, and it's impossible to reach anyone else at the company. It will be more than a month now without my stuff.

UPDATE: My furniture arrived on day 28 of the quote 8 - 26. Furniture damages and they lost the main part to my bedframe, the base to my TV, legs to my TV stand, and legs to my coffee table. I am at the point where I’ll be filing with the Better Business Bureau. I waited 28 days and they lost all major components to my largest and most expensive furniture.

We spoke with someone today who said they would get back to us and we’ve still not heard a single word.

Everything went great from start to finish. I like the Burley Boyz system. Seems well organized & professional. The crew (Armaan & Colton) were fantastic. They work hard & do a good job. Much appreciated!! Would recommend Burley Boyz any time :)

Do not use this company. They overcharge for slow, sloppy work, and refuse to take accountability for property damage.

I paid an hourly rate specifically to have my TVs and art packed securely in specialized boxes, as advertised on their social media. Instead, they wrapped the TVs in a single layer of bubble wrap, left the expensive boxes unused in my garage, and threw bare glass, art, and collectibles unprotected into boxes together.

Their policy states two people must carry furniture, but they frequently had one person dragging wood furniture across bare pavement, completely ruining it.

When I escalated the damage to management, the Customer Experience Manager spent an hour arguing with me. He admitted their laborers are inconsistent and claimed they don't have the budget to train them properly. He even refused to look at the photos of the damage, stating they weren't relevant, and reminded me that their negligence isn't covered unless you pay premium insurance rates.

This move took 3 people 8.5 hours for a job that a different crew did in 6 hours previously, costing me significantly more for terrible quality.

The company has built an automated system specifically to shield management from accountability. Save your money and your furniture—go elsewhere.

My most recent move was the third time I have hired Burly Boyz and trusted my possessions in their care. Nothing was left to chance from the booking process, getting a quote to providing an inventory list with which the Burley Boyz are extremely flexible. Submitting a video walk thru was to show the apartment layout, the loading dock and how to access elevators was a nice touch. I would highly recommend you include the Burley Boyz in your list when shopping for movers locally or long distance.

From the first contact with the burly boys we got the impression that they really cared about our possessions and what we were looking for in our move. Dealing with Mikayeel who was our coordinator every thing was easy to set up and Mikayeel was so helpful and full of great advise. Move day and the guys who actually did the move Judson, Mike, Zeph and Kay were totally amazing, they took great care with our furniture and our home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Even at our new home they never moaned about taking our heaving furniture to the rooms that we wanted than to be in. Even our exercise equipment was no problem for them even when we asked for the exercise equipment into the basement which is not a walkout.
Great guys to work with. We highly recommend Burly boys and the crew that were assigned to our move. Five stars to them all .
