An impeccable service experience for shipping a container from Panama to Canada. I was offered several options, and the agent assigned to me provided excellent follow-up. The service was personalized, and my agent closely monitored all my questions as well as any changes made to the requested service.

Alex was awesome, he was always available for any questions we had!

Great communication, my things arrived from Montreal to Europe seven weeks after pick-up. I was given a tracking number for the cargo, the date estimation went from 4 weeks to 7 weeks but this seems understandable considering customs and that there were different companies responsible for the pallet at different times. I had a contact person with Huli and someone who was taking care of things on the European end. Huli did a great job organising this shipment and coordinating with various third-party companies to get all of my possessions to my door. The local deliverers also unwrapped the pallet and carried all of the items into the house despite it being "curbside". Overall incredibly satisfied and grateful.

Customer service was amazing as Alex was extremely helpful with my inquiries. Overall, a trustworthy and easy-going movers company.

Sales was great, turned over to the person handling the move, and it went totally down hill. Instructions were unclear, shipping manifest completely wrong, but not discovered until after the furniture was picked up, even though the documents were sent to Huli the day before. It has been a total nightmare at this point, and I may have lost my items.

Alex at HULI provided exceptional customer service. Though we ultimately chose a more cost-effective, door-to-door option, his knowledge, communication, and prompt follow-ups were top-notch.
