Absolutely insane. Payment is expected 1 minute after midnight on the due date or they begin threatening you relentlessly.
Whether your payment is late or on time is irrelevant, they just relish harrassing and threating clients

Absolutely horrid! They harass you from what seems the minute your eyes open on the day your amount is due. Call after call and about 4 emails before lunch, some with threatening action to call your references and it's not even end of the day. I asked them repeatedly to not contact me during my work hours and they still continue to do so. I would stay far away from this loan company.

This company is horrible to deal with. I've taken out a couple of loans with them, paid them off with no problems. Then, all of a sudden, they're contacting me saying I've NSFed a payment. I didn't and there wasn't even a payment due. They argued with me about it. I eventually sent in an extra payment to get them to shut up. Fast forward to the next payment, same thing. I finally just paid off the loan and will NEVER do business with these clowns again. They lie and then double down on the lie no matter what. Disgusting "company".

Fake scammy company. You don't have to pay these scum bags. After missing a couple of payments they were awful and straight up harassing me. Turns out they aren't properly licensed. They threaten a lot but never actually do anything. My advice to anyone "owing them money " don't pay them they will eventually leave you alone once they realize that there's nothing they can do.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. Even after trying to set up a payment arrangement with them, they get increasingly pushy and irrespective of the day, they call you (in contravention of Ontario Payday Loan Laws might I add) upwards of 10 times per day. The emails pollute my inbox non-stop and are always from a different signature and various staff leaving me voicemails. They harass any reference or contact that you may have put when getting the loan, and only send one-directional emails (if you respond back to them, they say nothing). This company is an egregious embarassment to the payday loans industry, and DON'T LET THEM GET THEIR HOOKS INTO YOU. BEG ON A STREET CORNER BEFORE EVER TAKING A LOAN FROM THIS SCAM/SHILL ENTERPRISE PRETENDING TO BE A LEGIT LOAN SERVICE.

Ive literally had loans from them before but now they are a scam? Ficking idiots now im out of money

This is a scam loan! and even call my employer to say that I owed money from them! even I didn't! they keep sending me email to e-transfer them money of like 112.00 dollars, then sending me email again that I already paid, then after 2 days they will send again an email that I never pay them! They are harming my reputation and this is completerly unacceptable! calling my employer at work that I owed money from them which I didn't is completely illegal and a violation.

EasyMoneyLoans Canada is a Thief and a Lier for keeping my $455 funds i mistakenly sent it to auto deposit into its Royalbank account on November 29, 2025 even with reference number this Thief has lied tk Interact, decline all requests to return my finds and blocked all future request and any email communications from me. How do I deal with this when its Royal bank say its protecting Client EasymoneyLoans Canada act of theft by neither confirming or denying $455 auto-deposited on November 29, 2025 even with all the confirmations and references. How could this be, it’s unbelievable. If the big companies can be dishonest even with proof what you the. I. The near future clients will begin to follow i. Your steps of dishonesty

Just straight up terrible. Felt like an angry teenager runs this place. Search elsewhere.

Definitely wish I read the reviews first! I took out a loan as I was financially struggling, missed my first payment as still am financially struggling. Received numerous texts and emails within 2-3 days claiming I’m a fraud alert. No matter how much I explained my situation, kept receiving the same generic response. So fast forward to my second missed payment as I weighed the options and figured groceries were more important than making the second payment… again tried to explain that I am still in a financial struggle. Wanna know their response?

“That’s not our problem. If you need help making your payment, you’ll need to reach out to a friend or family member. You created this situation, not us, so don’t expect us to deal with the consequences of your mistakes. We’re not going to held accountable because of your poor choices. Please be reminded that with every missed payment, there is a $100 non-payment fee.
Better send us at least $15 now, then pay the rest later to avoid the late fees.”

10/10 would NOT recommend this loan place

I have emailed them several times and left voice messages and they do not respond. I put a stop payment as a way to get them to contact me and they messaged me from a number that you can’t respond to. They tell me to call or email but all contacts are invalid and then they accuse me of ignoring them! I will pay off my loan and never deal with them again.

They dont fallow the contract that they send.
They just take your payment whenever they want.
I highly advise against using them!

Very unprofessional and RUDE!..
I got delayed just for 1 day as I am traveling and when I got the chance to check my phone, got about 20VM’s, 15sms and 20+emails. I will not run away with $100 balance. It’s not a simple follow up or “FRIENDLY REMINDER” it’s HARASSMENT already!!!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful company. After being in a car accident and hospitalized for 3 weeks I came home to over 110 emails, 20 phone calls, 20 text messages and messages saying "You need to act like a man not a baby" and "You needed to borrow money in the first place because you're irresponsible"
This is a "legal" loan shark, not a legitimate banking option. Stay as far away as possible.

Never get a loan with this company they charged high fees. After paid there loan i accidentally sent them etransfer which is for another recipient. I ask them to send it back and they said they sent the money already after 6 days i still haven’t received it. They a bunch of liars and scam. Dont ever take a loan from them.

Applied Friday morning, sent contract, signed it, and then nothing. Sunday, no word, no money. Not worth it, the payback is double what you borrow.

Worst loan company I have ever dealt with. Harassed me and lied. Go hungry before you use them for anything.

Fraudulent company, I received an email from this company stating in the email I forgot to sign my contract for the approved loan and if I was still interested to reply with the word yes.
After doing a bank verification the now said after stating I was approved that I am now denied. They operate the company in a misleading and false statements. This is company I would recommend to stay clear of. Very poorly run company.
