Definitely wish I read the reviews first! I took out a loan as I was financially struggling, missed my first payment as still am financially struggling. Received numerous texts and emails within 2-3 days claiming I’m a fraud alert. No matter how much I explained my situation, kept receiving the same generic response. So fast forward to my second missed payment as I weighed the options and figured groceries were more important than making the second payment… again tried to explain that I am still in a financial struggle. Wanna know their response?

“That’s not our problem. If you need help making your payment, you’ll need to reach out to a friend or family member. You created this situation, not us, so don’t expect us to deal with the consequences of your mistakes. We’re not going to held accountable because of your poor choices. Please be reminded that with every missed payment, there is a $100 non-payment fee.
Better send us at least $15 now, then pay the rest later to avoid the late fees.”
