At this stage I have not made a purchase from Embelton Flooring. I recently made contact with them with regards to obtaining some flooring samples, which they provided free of charge by post. When they were posted the following day after request, it was estimated that delivery would be around 7 days, I received the package in 3. The samples were professionally packaged and presented. The samples show the product to be very high quality and will have no concerns when I actually purchase my flooring. Just need to go through the wife’s selection process, which I will not scare you with. Only to say that I will probably be given approval to order the flooring in about 3 weeks time.

$500+ just a bit too much for me.a pick up from gold coast would mean a 6 hr round trip and toll fees.

Due to the size, weight and freight requirements of flooring products, shipping to some locations can unfortunately be quite expensive. As well as this we rely on third-party freight providers to deliver our products across Australia, and as these providers have increased their pricing in recent times, we have unfortunately had to adjust our freight charges accordingly.
While we always strive to keep delivery costs as competitive as as possible, we understand they can be a deciding factor for customers located further out.

On the positive side the order was easily placed after timely responses to a few queries. Communication about collection was very clear including regarding a delay of several days. The end of financial year price was appreciated. One negative was being contacted about collecting my order when this had already occurred and being unable to clarify this via phone follow-up.
