I ordered something sometime ago
I ordered something sometime ago, after afew days, I received notification that it was delivered, but I didn't see anything, I tried calling but I was not picked, then I sent an email after 2 days,but no reply, after 3 more days, i called but no answer, sent an email again no reply, it's been more than a week now without any response from them. It's so frustrating especially when you urgently need what you ordered for 🤦♀️

Wrong parts assemblage
The quality of the materials are not that bad.
But the problem is that one of the two rivets that connect the top and bottom parts is on the wrong side, and now I can't complete the installation because they didn't properly check that all the pieces were correctly assembled.
I also can't remove the rivet because it's screwed in, and doing so would damage the black metal plate that the rivet bolt is holding.
I hope they will give me a proper solution for this.

I ordered and paid for a CableTech…
I ordered and paid for a CableTech DVB-T2 H.265 HEV receiver with PVR function a week ago, but never received any confirmation afterwards which is odd. After emailing them I got a reply that they are uncertain about my order and said they had a system failure and have to look for my ordernumber before getting back to me. I was glad that I used a safer not Ideal payment method so I can claim my payment back when I do not receive my order. In the meantime I already received a perfect working DVB-T2 receiver through Aliexpress. But completely unexpected almost 3 weeks later without any warning or confirmation I suddenly got an email from DrogisteryPlus that said that they have shipped my DVB-T2 receiver which was yesterday 29 April 2026. Conclusion: Because of their bad communication a very late weeks later shipping confirmation I now unintendidly have 2 receivers. Both luckily work perfectly also recording to external USB memory stick (FAT32 and also NTFS for >4GB recording)! The Aliexpress receiver was the JN-821T2 that also has a coax out (cable through) connector extra that the Cabletech doesn't have. So I repaid for the Cabletech TV tuner to DrogisteryPlus with the warning text NOT to send me another receiver but to accept my payment for the already received DVB-T2 unit. Update on the Cabletech reciever!: Also the 7 day EPG timed recording function works! Plus the immediate record function button worked! But we have to change the 'view' set option into 'record' with the Edit function in our EPG timed records of our Cabletech receiver before any recording works! Which makes this receiver more useful compared to the Aliexpress DVB-T2 receiver.
update 19 May 2026 => Sadly the people at DrogisterijPlus do not read any email or comment or warning, and any communication with them is a real disaster! Because after I re-paid for my afterwards 1st receiver with a note that I didn't order a new one but only needed to pay for the first receiver they today about 3 weeks later still shipped a new second DVB-T2 receiver completely unexpected to me. Which I therefore of course refused to accept and immediately returned unopened! Not willing to pay for additional shipping cost for their no doubt multiple mistakes!
