Great service

First class product and company making it easy for organisations and clubs to have on site a working defibrillator thanks

The Service to order and recieve was relatively easy. However I am most disappointed that the Defib is not Children compliant without a special Key! That i knew nothing about and during the order process wasn't made clear. My unit wasn't designated for use on Children however I thought it would be good place to be as I volunteer with the Scouts! I have since contacted Pulse4all and they have said you can rent a special key as yet no price was given to me. However looked online and they are any thing from £100 - £180 depending on supplier. So in my honest opinion the Key should be provided FREE OF CHARGE on request because I mean the key is a life time of the model not a one off use and replace so at £100 =£8.33 over 12 months and I intend to have this defib for as long as i am working and volunteering so actually its not that expensive! Also the website didnt prompt to have an add on and ut wasn't clear in my opinion it was available.

This is a scam! We paid in advance for one year and 4 weeks have passed and we havent gotten the product! They keep telling us its a problem with the shipping of the package!

This is my second time with Pulse4all and on both occasions they have provided a great service will good customer after sales.

Prompt service made easy. I have other sites in which we pay to upkeep. Makes sense by the time you’ve paid out-right and then replace battery and pads every couple of years to pay monthly.

Excellent company , good communication, and incredible value for money . Why anyone would buy a defibrillator when you rent one fully serviced and warranted is beyond me . I would highly recommend this company.

I have been a first aider at work for my teams area for years so have known about the benefit of AED's forever. I have always wanted one but my wife thought the initial expense (thousands) and then replacements (more thousands), were too much for us to afford (she was definitely right). I found this company on google and the pricing and lack of strings attached, seemed almost too good to be true . So glad I decided to risk it - the company has been perfectly efficient from order to delivery to follow up calls. 10 out of 10 for service and would highly recommend as for the small monthly price it could be a literal life saver.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. No defib arrived rang every day just kept getting fobbed off. Finally promised another one would be sent. Rang again 24 hrs later as hasn't received tracking number from company or delivery company. To be told I would have to re order another one to get it sent out. Customer service shocking

This company has been fantastic for given me all the information needed to go forward with one of their Dfib's.
I live rural and have had 2 minor heart attacks previously. I also have young children at home so having this device at home has given me great peace of mind. I would rather pay a modest monthly subscription for a potentially live saving piece of equipment that is fully maintained and have no need for it than being in a situation where we have a lengthy wait for emergency services due to our location.
The customer support is fantastic. I received a call a few days after delivery to ask if they could answer any questions or help with set up.

Cannot fault this company. 5/5 stars for the peace of mind alone and customer service, defib arrived in great time and really decent kit. Even came with a wall mount and resus mask. Signed up a few months ago and best thing I did.

We looked at purchasing an AED and initially hadn't even thought about renting one, but the low monthly cost compared to the initial outlay of purchasing one and the fact that all maintenance is taken care of for you makes this a much better option. Highly recommended.
