Not recommended

Don't start investing with Synvest or even show interest. They are the most annoying company out there and never stop calling you. Go to a bank for your investments and stop falling for these stupid companies. It's a shame that companies like this exist. Horrid experience and I haven't even invested in SynVest. Stay away!

Synvest atleast pay out

Synvest atleast pay out, and don't use people's funds for cash flow, your 5% crap,is not my problem, I need my money money its been 7months, I really need, my money back, or I my been scammed.

We would like to assure you that your funds are not being used for our cash flow. The current situation arises from the fact that the number of sell orders has exceeded 5% of the total number of certificates, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

In the terms and conditions, we clearly inform potential investors about the risks associated with investing in real estate. One of these risks includes the possibility that payouts may take longer than anticipated. Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing such a situation.

Communication

They make a great effort to keep customers informed but it would be nice if they translated some (not necessarily all) of the most important things to English in newsletters/email.

Adequate but not great.

Adequate but not great.
The final phone call for getting some clarifications and deciding the investment I got the impression of a hasty conversation, a bit evasive and lacking details.
Also later I got an email requesting a document with the BSN number. No reply / confirmation after sending the document scan.

Synvest is not the most profitable…

Synvest is not the most profitable investment option out there. Decently high cost & low return, low liquidity compared to other platform.

They do pay the dividend on time.
For diversification and long term it is an oke investment.
Their calculator is a bit strange through. Calculating on dutch and german house markers with a return of 6%+ and the avg after calc is like 3%.
