Never received any confirmation email, got my order cancelled after 10 days.

Dont buy from them.

Hello ! Please do not buy from this website. I purchased something last Friday October 31 and still haven’t received my order. I have reached out to them by phone and no answer. I’ve emailed them several times and keep getting the same message. Horrible. I’ve put in a request for a refund and same message “they are looking into it “. Not pleased. They took my money and disappeared

I placed an order with DocPeter on March 19, 2025, for a total amount of €318.68. However, I only received products worth €135.25, as confirmed by their own invoice and follow-up email. They promised a refund of €183.43, but more than a month has passed and I still haven’t received anything.

Despite sending multiple polite reminder emails and even attaching the invoice and proof of missing items, I have received no answer whatsoever. I also made it clear that I would not place any new orders until the issue was resolved, but unfortunately, I’ve been completely ignored.

This is an unacceptable way to treat customers. I expected professionalism and transparency, especially when it comes to refunding money for items not delivered.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this site. I sincerely hope they improve their customer service and honor their refund commitments in the future.

I ordered 3 times from Docpeter. The first time I received two items the rest were unavailable. The second time nothing was available and I had to write several emails to request after 10 days of holding my money that they would refund the money. Now the same situation I ordered on 13 May they immediately said none of the 7 items were available. This seems to be a pattern and one that doesn’t benefit the consumers. I received a refund two weeks after my placed my order. The catalogue has amazing products, but if you spend time going through them and placing an order and paying for it only to find out that none of the items are available that is a waste of your time and money for two weeks. Unacceptable.

This site has always been reliable in the past.
The last time I ordered items, one of them was out of stock and they assured me that they had already refunded me. After two weeks and several emails with no results, I had to file a lawsuit, with the digital purchasing company I used, to get my money back. I have lost faith in this supplier.

Placed an order on April 8th. On April 16th got an email that my order is cancelled due to items out of stock. I ordered several items, very simple, and it is strange that all of them out of stock. 16 days have passed since I placed the order and I still didn’t get the refund. Unacceptable speed of refund. If you cancel my order, I should get refund immediately. Not over 16 days after the order is placed.

As I am sticking to a special diet, it's difficult for me to find a place where I can shop some pills or special organic products to successfully lose the weight.
Doc peter is the last platform for me where I started to shop organic products, various supplements and other interesting things and was delighted with this. I realise that the most important is what products are made of, expiry date, reputation of the seller and producer and you can check everything on the website without troubles.

Mi ha sorpresa l’immediata presa in carico dell’ordine e l’ affidamento al corriere. Spero che arrivi con altrettanta celerità.

Placed an order on Friday.
Today is Wednesday and i did not receive anything.
Did not receive even the e-mail to track shipment.
Sent e-mail on monday -> no answer
Called twice tuesday and twice today (Wednesday) -> no answer.
I trust company for many positive reviews, but in my case it is just like a fraud.

Edit: in the end (6 days after) they answered and reimbursed.

Ordered SUNDAY, parcel handed over to the courier TUESDAY AT 18:30 (!!!). Arrived Wednesday at 14:37. Ok, within 72 hours (as they assure), but it says WITHIN 72h, not NOT BEFORE 72h. Why wasn’t it processed already monday morning?! First experience, not very satisfied. The only upside: better price than many other online shops.
