one of the worst websites ever! they take your order and your money even though what you ordered is not available... i have been waiting for a year for my reimbursement and i still haven't received anything !

They stopped delivering on time and they frequently don't have stock. I used to buy here every month and then stopped because the service wasn't good.

NO REFUND FOR UNAVAILABLE ITEMS

I ordered some items in July 2025 67 € that they immediately took from my credit card. Some days later they wrote the items were not available and that the money would be refunded within 14 working days. I've written to the firm several times but I only got an automatic answer maintaining they would contact me as soon as possible. Nobody did! And I still haven't got my money back... in September!
I will denounce them.

It is a scam. You pay and they do not deliver. DO NOT USE IT

Seems like it is a common problem. No refund for unavailable items at time of delivery. And absolutely no response to any emails. Terrible company. Do not trust!!

For those who have been patiently waiting for the refunds: I finally received it 10 weeks after.

I purchased a series of products in April 2025. I was registered on the site, and I had previously made purchases without having any problems. But from this latest experience, I am disgusted by their behavior, by the fact that they do not have an active customer service, by not responding to emails requesting refunds.
In fact, in April of this year I purchased products, after a few days and after having immediately charged my credit card, an email arrived informing me that all the products were missing from the warehouse (and this already seemed strange to me) and that they would refund the entire order paid within 14 days. Since then I have had no more news or refunds. They seem to have disappeared!!! I continue to send reminder emails that end in nothing. No response. No refund.
Terrible e-commerce

I haven’t received the product or a refund. I’ve contacted customer service twice, but only received automated replies. This is by far the worst online store I’ve ever dealt with.

I loved this website and service, now it's the third time i order something and after some days they send an email saying the products are not there and they cancel the order... considering it's like a pharmacy, this is really bad. Also, the refunds always take ages to be sent. Now for example it has been 12 days and no refunds seen.

I ordered on April 30th the products that were available on the portal. On May 5th I received an email apologizing for the lack of product and indication of the refund within 14 days. After almost a month no refund and no feedback despite the reminders on the portal that is limited to an automatic response without feedback. Unacceptable behavior and unreliable company! There is no number to contact for clarifications.

I still did not get my reimbursement of ca. 100€, it’s been more than 14days till now. After a purchase was complete, company informed me that some of the products were not available and money still are not reimbursed

Merce disponibile sul portale non consegnata perché non disponibile realmente e mai rimborsata.

We ordered some items for our dog and they were very inexpensive online, arrived quickly and we were able to track the package throughout the journey. Would recommend this company.
