One of the worst delivery companies

Delivery companies tend to be problematic, but some are even worse than others. It's the case here. I still don't have my package but so far, one week after the due delivery date, they registered all sorts of false reasons in the log: "Package Refused", "Delay in delivery", Address not existent" and finally, "Nobody at the address". Each one of it a lie. Now get ready to the most funny thing: The report of the "Noboday at home" happens in the future! Time registered was literally in the future!

Consistently reliable to date.

This delivery company has not disappointed me once. Drivers call to let me know they are on the way and use social media and reliable map apps. I live in the 3330 area. I am English speaking and we use translation apps to communicate. Amazon, if you are listening please use this company!

False recipient absence

I was informed by the tracking system that delivery was not possible due to the recipient's absence at the address. I would like to clarify that this information is completely false, as I was at the delivery address all day precisely to ensure receipt of the package.

At no point was I contacted or was delivery attempted at my door.

I emphasize that this is the third time this situation has occurred in a short period.

It is unacceptable that the distributor enters false information into the system to avoid delivery, causing unnecessary inconvenience to the customer.

These people run a website not an actual courier company... Just a front for gig workers

All it seems to be is gig drivers who simply can't be bothered to deliver a parcel if it is too complicated ,
and would rather mark the parcel recipient as absent and return it to base and get on with the next parcel to earn more money.
This is a significant failing of the system.
I tried the complaints system with no result and phoning customer service but there is no real customer service ,
all there is is an AI system that just redirects you to the tracking .
It is impossible to speak to a real person.
I am in hospital long-term (paralysed - So I am not going anywhere!)
and I have been marked as absent three times so far.

GLS damages parcels sent and refuses responsibility

GLS works well to collect your money. However, when the damage occur, they will do all they can to avoid responsibility.
They completely damaged beyond repair an item sent by me, but when I send a complaint together with the photos, all they have to say is "the receiver accepted the order". Like as if in any case their delivery man will stand there waiting until the box is opened.
I send about 10-15 parcels a month, am I not worth any more attention that just brushing me off with their stupid robotic answers? Making me losing my time proving that they are responsible??
Treating clients like dirt - GLS EXCELLS in it.
