These people run a website not an actual courier company... Just a front for gig workers
All it seems to be is gig drivers who simply can't be bothered to deliver a parcel if it is too complicated ,
and would rather mark the parcel recipient as absent and return it to base and get on with the next parcel to earn more money.
This is a significant failing of the system.
I tried the complaints system with no result and phoning customer service but there is no real customer service ,
all there is is an AI system that just redirects you to the tracking .
It is impossible to speak to a real person.
I am in hospital long-term (paralysed - So I am not going anywhere!)
and I have been marked as absent three times so far.
