Excellent quality

Ordered 2 for a couple of cars we are building with custom interiors. This will serve as the radio, GPS, phone connection built into the car. Use one unit rather than 3 or 4 to do the same thing.

Helpful customer service

I enquired about the Motortablet Pro Max and would it fit my BMW R1300RS SE reg last September as they appears to be some query about it would fit the 26 Model but not the original Launch 2025 models online.
Motortablet confirmed there has been a slight update by BMW and it will not fit the 2025 registered R1300RS.
This is a disappointment but has saved me ordering something and then the hassle of returning it. So appreciated the heads up.

Great product, it just works, which for many tech gadgets is not always the case, Very happy with it. Customer support has been excellent too.

Easy installation and operation.

Tech support was very nice, They were prompt in replying. They answered all my questions. They asked for more info so they could help me even more.

Ok. I was SO sceptical about this after seeing a fair few bad reviews, I was quite adamant I would send this back if those reviews were in any way accurate.

I may have even been a tad rude/angry in an email to them after purchasing and then seeing those reviews.

Despite this, support from CarTablet was polite, professional and gave very regular updates by email...but I was still a little apprehensive.

Note: I review tech gear on YouTube so I am always honest...this is not a paid review and I'm not an affiliate for them.

Before it arrived, I saw that the CarTablet had been copied (badly) by a few unscrupulous businesses for which I'm sure the bad reviews came.

Fast forward. I have been using the CarTablet in a private hire vehicle and my own car for a couple of weeks and it is great.

It turns on and pairs with my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra immediately, automatically and as soon as I am near to the vehicle without even touching it.

Using Waze on the large screen is bliss and it frees up my phone (when stationary etc). Connecting the CarTablet to the radio/speakers is fast and easy. I use radio channel FM106 and the audio is flawless.

If you use the 3.5mm AUX cable, not so much so. I highly recommend a 3.5mm Audio Ground Isolator 3.5mm LIFT/GND (Switching Noise Isolator) to cancel any interference noise. I am a videographer and this is quite a common issue. You can get one on Amazon for £14. Don't buy the cheaper ones, they are cr#p.

Bluetooth also works well.

The best attachment for your dash/windows depends on your car but there are a couple of options. You'll work it out. Easily sturdy enough but the long one may "wobble" a bit depending on your vehicle, where you place it, and how you drive : )

Note: I use the long one on a side window with no wobble but it does wobble a bit when on the dash.

Being a videographer, I find the footage from the dashcam a little lacking. It is very manoeuvrable (left, right, up, down), and it IS enough to show an accident as proof (and the audio is ok). However, the number plate has to be fairly close to be read clearly.

I also use a GoPro for commercial/business driving.

The dashcam is "always on/recording" but once the card is full, it will continuously overwrite the oldest file, which is cool.

The screen says in the menu that it's 4k, and it may well be, but the pixel quality isn't what you'd see on an iPad for example. Regardless, it is still a great screen. Bright, clear and touch responsive for using Waze, music etc.

Music comes through my speakers perfectly and is automatically paused when Waze makes announcements.

WhatsApp message alerts come through well with the option for them to be read out to you at the touch of a button.

Yes, there are superior units around for £300+ but for sub £80, the CarTablet is surprisingly good and does what it says on the tin.

You get what you pay for and this works perfectly for what I need (mostly Waze, music and hands free calling). There is a slight delay for me with hands free calls but I've only tried it once.

Just expect a week or two delivery depending on your location.

I've used it in an older Vauxhall Insignia and Ford Galaxy with no issues.

Buy direct from CarTablet as buying from Amazon may mean you get a dodgy knock-off unit. Cheers, Nick.

Very, very happy with my car tablet. I drive a classic car do it was important to me to have a tablet that's in full sight while in use but can be easily removed to keep my dashboard original. Very pleased with communication from CarTablet too. Any enquiry I made was replied to almost instantly, which makes me even more confident in a trouble-free future with my tablet.

I was a bit wary about buying 2 Cartablets due to the price and claims on the advert; HOW WRONG I WAS!!

The tablets arrived well packaged and worked straight out of the box with no issues at all setting them up with the screen easy to navigate.

I did have to contact customer service due to an issue with UK customs but received a timely and comprehensive explanation within 24 hours and the promise that they would track the items up until they were delivered; within a couple of hours I received an email from the same agent advising that they had been delivered and apologising for the delay.

I would give more stars if possible for both the items and the Customer Service received.

Customer service guided me through setting up rear camera for docking with your travel trailer. Its more than a parking monitor.

Cartablet arrived on time. Easy to set up and connect to my mobile phone. Had one tiny issue but was resolved very quickly. The support given by the supplier and the information regarding my purchase was second to none. I would highly recommend this product and seller 100% positive.

I purchased the tablet with a microSD card which I paid extra for. The card was bad quality, faulty, and did not work (format). Ended up using one of my own. Tried to appeal to customer service for either some $ back or a replacement card. Was tasked with having to prove my claim by sending them a video of the card 'not working'. Customer service is entirely AI so I got nowhere trying to 'reason' with them. I gave up. Buy at your own risk - AI doesn't care.
