Estamos muy descontentos con nuestra experiencia. Nos sentimos engañados por la información que recibimos antes de realizar la compra.

Compramos ocho sillas de jardín y, antes de hacer el pedido, pregunté expresamente por correo electrónico sobre los colores. Quería saber si la foto publicada en la página web había sido editada o si era una imagen original y si los colores de las sillas y los cojines correspondían realmente a los que recibiríamos. Me dieron una información que resultó ser incorrecta, ya que los colores de los cojines que recibimos son totalmente diferentes a los que aparecen en la foto de la página web.

Lo que más nos decepciona es que confiamos en la información que nos proporcionó la empresa antes de comprar. Tras presentar nuestra reclamación, tampoco mostraron ninguna disposición real para encontrar una solución satisfactoria.

Incluso propusimos comprar nosotros mismos unas fundas nuevas para los cojines y solicitamos una pequeña compensación económica para cubrir parte de ese coste. La empresa no aceptó nuestra propuesta ni nos ofreció una alternativa razonable.

Nos sentimos profundamente decepcionados con la forma en que se ha gestionado todo el asunto. No volveremos a comprar en esta empresa y no podemos recomendarla.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience. We feel that we were misled by the information we received before making our purchase.

We ordered eight garden chairs, and before placing the order I specifically contacted the company by email to ask about the colours. I wanted to know whether the photo on the website had been edited or was an original image, and whether the colours of the chairs and cushions would actually correspond to what was shown in the photo. I was given information that turned out to be incorrect, as the colours of the cushions we received are completely different from those shown on the website.

What disappoints us most is that we relied on the information provided by the company before making the purchase. When we submitted our complaint, the company also showed no real willingness to find a satisfactory solution.

We even offered to purchase new cushion covers ourselves and asked for a small partial refund to help cover the cost. The company refused our proposal and did not offer us a reasonable alternative.

We are extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. We will never purchase from this company again and cannot recommend it.

Great products, great service. Shipment to France took longer than expected, but service kept us informed.

Customer service was great. Delivery to Finland wasn’t possible at first but they arranged it quikly. Shipment took a while but customer service kept us posted all the time.

Company operates in Germany as AH-Trading GmbH. We ordered a set of chairs and table early January and got a date early March as delivery time. Few days in advance we received a delay was again delayed. AT-Delivery announced availability for end of April and delivery for early May. As we like to get the furniture entirely in the spring days we terminated the contract. A second note was necessary before we received
confirm of cancellation. Learning: poor communication, company seems to be a trading company with unpredictable suppliers. Nice wording but poor performance. We will not order again.

After receiving my goods with two weeks delay, I got ripped packaging, and the wrong furniture, after another few weeks of e-mailing them another exchange delivery, again wrong stuff. No communication for weeks, no replies to e-mails, no telefon number to call, an absolute desaster of a company and site. To be avoided at all cost.
