Requested a return and refund which was approved and sent the watch back.
Now no watch and no refund and zero response to any emails sent. This was a birthday present. I now have been left with no choice but to take this to trading standards

Is Grad Pro a scam??!!
I bought a Grad Pro watch as a birthday gift for my husband, but he didn't like the model. I contacted Grad Pro to initiate the return process, and they approved the return. They sent me a shipping label with a Montreal UPS address (just the address, without any UPS logo) and a Canada Post phone number.
When I contacted the UPS location listed on the label, they told me they had closed Grad Pro's mailbox because the company had failed to pay for the service. They also explained that customers had been bringing returns there for months, but Grad Pro never came to collect the packages and stopped responding to their emails.
At this point, I'm not confident that my return would actually reach Grad Pro if I shipped it to that address, and I'm concerned that I may never receive a refund. This situation is making me question whether the company is legitimate and whether this may be a scam.

Unjustifiable Price
I bought one. On the third month the screen started flickering and the watch was unusable. Nothing could fix the glitch. The app is something else. I had the Amazon watch for £67 and I have been using it for 3 years. I only bought Gard Pro because I thought I lost my Amazon watch. I was only looking for a watch, no track metrics. Yes, even as a watch the Gard Pro did not perform well. Luckily I found my Amazon watch which is still going strong. As I had a health scare, I decided to invest more in a watch, so now I'm with Garmin. There is no comparison between this watch and the others but my Amazon watch was so dear to me that I couldn't throw it away. My dad has it now and he is very happy with it. Amazon watch going strong fourth year. Go with the brands you know will deliver. Gard Pro was for sure full waste of my time and my money. Wouldn't recommend it even only as a watch. Price too high for how long it lasts. Material quality extremely poor. Product itself is nothing more special than a very simple watch. The price is unjustifiable.

I Never received a product—Fake…
I Never received a product—Fake tracking and non-working phone numbers.
I never received the watch I ordered from GardPro. The day after my purchase, I contacted them to cancel. They told me I could simply refuse delivery when the shipper arrived. However, no delivery attempt was ever made, no one rang my bell, yet they claim it was delivered.
The logistics company they used, Emile XPress, appears completely illegitimate. I tried for five days on four different browsers to enter my tracking number on their site, but the space provided does not function. This is a tactic used by shady businesses and is called input-blocking.
Their listed phone number is invalid and does not exist, and they do not reply to emails. Their "chat" option is entirely unresponsive.
GardPro is no better. Their supposed phone number in Holland does not work; it is actually a masked VOIP line routed through Alabama, USA.
Their customer service replies are entirely automated, and they refuse to honor their policy to refund my money. This entire operation relies on non-functioning contact methods to avoid accountability. Be very wary of doing business with them.
